I feel I experienced extremely poor customer service. Incorrect item sent - refusal by customer services to accept return even though they had been presented proof of the item ordered.

Will never use this company again

I have been using www.pricestorm.com for some time now and they have always been able to supply what I want when I want it. The prices are consistently the cheapest I have found with delivery and service not compromised as a result. I no longer even feel the need to shop around for this type of product - Price Storm will be my first port of call.
