I recently purchased a latissima plus and have really enjoyed the ease of using my machine. The coffee is very consistent in taste and especially the decaf, it is great. The milk frother started to go slow so I phoned The Club for help. The fellow told me that I probably should descale my machine and sent me the products to do this. After descaling, the frother still didn't work, so I phoned again, and a nice man told me to clean the pipes with a Q tip and try again. This didn't work so I phoned again and spoke to a lovely lady in Melbourne. She patiently walked me though some steps and waited while I did as she suggested, and after changing the water setting to 'soft' my machine started working perfectly. This young lady was very thorough and patient and when she was sure all the settings were right, she bid me farewell. Such great service reassured me that I had bought a good product. I love my Nespresso Latissima Plus..
