Having ordered online for capsules some 20 odd times; Nespresso were on all occasions unable to deliver within the allocated time slot. Nespresso are absolutly awful. A disgrace that Nespresso advertised a service they can not deliver. DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER SAME DAY... WASTE OF TIME I am starting a petition and have contacted trading standards. I will work to ensure Nespresso are exposed for a service they are NOT ABLE TO DELIVER.

I bought a nespresso machine on the basis of the promotional offer of £75 off coffee pods. After registering membership, I never got the promotion despite chasing it many times with customer services who on both occasions (two particular agents) have been uninspiring, unhelpful & basically useless. I'm so unhappy with Nespresso's customer service and experience. I will be selling the darn machine - a source of great resentment and disappointment as I've been unable to enjoy the much awaited pods! Never got the promotion that I was entitled to! Your loss - Nespresso, you really should employ more helpful and enthisiastic people.

Just a joke! They eventually answer the phone, you spend over an hour while they try to talk you through mending the machine with frequent "I will just put you on hold", as they clearly haven't a clue what they are doing. This was one week ago and we waited in all morning for the machine to be collected, but needless to say it wasn't. They booked it in for the wrong week! They have missed the deadline for tomorrow, so now we are looking at the day after tomorrow and staying in all day again. Cannot believe they are so incompetent.

I downloaded the app to make it easier to order the capsules. It's a terrible app and took me ages to eventually order the coffee. The delivery charge is excessive and the capsules are a ridiculous price! No wonder the machines are so cheap! I would not recommend this machine to anyone.

I have been over a year as a member Nespresso Club, but my last order it was a disaster. They failed to deliver couldn't find my address which never changed After calling customer service and explain they re order and again no delivery, tiered of waiting ask for refund Nespresso failed to give refund after a month I am still sending emails and calling customer service, but it is terrible I don't know when I will have my money back??!!!!

I have read some of the reviews and found that I am not alone! I have not had a problem with my machine and I really like it. I guess I am lucky that it works. My problem is with getting on line to order more capsules! It is ridiculous! I can't log in to even PLACE the order! I have reset my password...NOPE! SO, I have a lovely machine and have no coffee! While I am at it: I find it ridiculous that I cannot order the number of sleeves that I want! Why is product not placed in stores where machines are sold as with Kuerig and other machines??!!!! I will go to the internet and fine a compatible brand. Hopefully the quality will be decent, but something is better than nothing! This company has a decent product; they need to get their act together!!!!!

Bought this seemingly great machine at an upscale department store with a Nespresso section. Managed to make 5 cups out of 12 capsules. The others just smashed in the machine! Nespresso said take it to the store as it was less than 14 days old. The store said send it to Nespresso. Nespresso again said that it would cost 125 dollars to fix and that it had no warranty, because it was exported(!!!!) (NO WORLD_WIDE WARRANTY???!!!!!) So the machine COSTS 125 dollars, so it is junk. I will look for an alternative!

I get the impression that Nespresso only offer recycling to tick some corporate sustainability box. Every time I have ordered I have asked for a recycling collection and every time they have forgotten so I have had to remind them. There is no option to email them so u have to spend ages on the phone or online chat just to re-request it. This time they failed to collect again so I have requested a collection again and yet again they have failed. The pods r extremely unenironmentally friendly but at least if they recycled them it would cancel out some.of the waste. Avoid Nespresso if u care about the environment. Get an expresso machine - coffee grounds can be composted and are 100% biodegradable and 100% less hassle, not to mention about 1000% cheaper. I wish I had never bought a Nespresso machine.

I recently placed a Nespresso capsule order using the Nespresso app, which was shipped to the wrong address (my order confirmation shows that I correctly entered my delivery address). I was then advised by a customer service representative that, although this appeared to be due to an issue with the app, Nespresso would not be reshipping my order or providing a refund because someone at the incorrect address had signed for the delivery! I was told that my options were to either: 1. hope that the delivery is returned to sender by the person who signed for it; or 2. attempt to retrieve the delivery myself from the incorrect delivery address. This is completely unacceptable, as it is not my fault the order was shipped to the wrong address. Nespresso's customer service representatives have, to date, been thoroughly unhelpful. Very disappointing customer service.

Coffee and machines are fine but.... they make you jump through loads of hoops to claim your £75 gift (3 x £25 off your first orders). I did persevere and was rewarded with an email to say my account had been credited with the first £25... only my account was not credited. I phoned and they apologised and said a bunch of emails had gone out before the credits had been applied. When asked when I was likely to get the credit I was told within 28 days. Just been to Waitrose where they sell an excellent selection of Nespresso compatible pods. Not what I would call a quality company

Ordered as usual but no delivery after 4 days so e-mailed them. Got a call back saying that the driver could not find me? Despite the same address they always deliver to. This is the same driver who REFUSES to collect the empty capsules. Promised delivery the next day which didn't happen. Called again promised delivery before noon, nothing. Called again promised a call back that evening, nothing. Called again systems are down and told TO CALL THEM BACK. Just driven to Lidles and bought theirs for 17p a capsule. Still waiting for a call?

Placed coffee order last week,phoned 3 times and was told it's on its way. No parcel received with no explanation provided by customer service. I had to cancel the order.

I placed an order last Friday. Today I phoned nespresso customer services to chase the order as it had not yet been delivered. I was told the order was on hold as one of my items was out of stock, I was put on hold and was then told the missing item was discontinued,therefore if I hadn't phoned the order would not have been dispatched. To add to this I was told they had to refund my £60 but it would take 28 days and they would raise a new order and take a further £60 out of my account today...... This is totally unacceptable. I'm now waiting for a call from a supervisor. Bad customer service,not what I expect from nespresso!!!!

Trying to purchase a new machine as old one has broken and believe it or not I can not do on the phone - they get someone to call you back. Great if that happens....Waiting in limbo for the call to sell me a machine! Spoke to team leader - waste of time.

I order in excess of 1000 capsules from these idiots monthly and since last December they have only managed to deliver four out of seven deliveries correctly. If it wasn't there new warehouse screwing up it was their third rate courier Yodel. I have been in regular contact with them and now I have taken it to the Nestle MD they haven't bothered to reply. So obviously my order is insignificant. Well do youselves a favour don't give the unprofessional idiots your money. BTW it was the CEO of Nestle who wants to charge everyone for water!! Nice company! Profits and bonuses are obviously all he's intereseted in. Good coffee pathetic unprofessional service and most of the staff at their boutiques think they are superior to everyone else. Well without us customers none of them will be employeed. Serves the idiots right!!

I bought one of their machines and was hooked in by their £40 card offer. Don't go for it, it''s a hell of a process to actually get them to part with it. They will tell you that you claim online but their system doesn't work. They run you round in circles until you give up. I phoned their customer service several times and have been basically fobbed off. The last time I called I was cynical and their response was to be rude. Stay away from this whole Nespresso thing, go bean to cup. I also met someone who used to work for them. She mentioned that their whole ethos was to get you to register so they can monitor what you but and hard sell to you. They have no interest in customer service, it's all about the sales and brand. Don't get hooked in!

Nespresso has the worst customer service ever! Less than a year ago our machine crapped out and I had to fight with "The Club" to try and find a place where I could buy a replacement machine. Thankfully a search of the internet provided what their own customer service department refused to provide....a local retailer that supplied machines. I paid full price for a replacement and here I am 9 months later with a machine that won't power on. I take it to the only retail location in B.C. ( located in the bowels of the downtown Bay department store in Vancouver), the young man plugs it in and confirms that it does not power up. Then he tells me to call"The Club" to arrange for a loner machine . I tell him that is not convenient for me And that given that I am in the store I just want to exchange the machine now....... no can do is the reply. I return home and call " The Club" number and after explaining the problem I need to be transferred to a technical expert. Then I'm told that there is no technical service person available. So here I wait for a " technical person" to call and tell me to plug the machine in. Why do these guys think they are selling the space shuttle? It's a crappy little overpriced coffee machine that's probably made in China and it doesn't always work. If I wasn't invested in $150 worth of their overpriced coffee I would just chuck the machine , but here I wait for the call from " the Technical Person". Save yourself the hassle, buy anything else!

absolutley nothing works n their website. you can upload picture of reciept to claim £40 gift card as promised at purchase. countless obstacles and server errors on the website make it impossibe to do anythin.

From the first time I used the machine, I knew it was a bad decision to purchase it. If you like HOT frothy milk.. Forget it! I tried to return but was unable. The main draw when purchasing was the free gift card of £70. I was supposed to fill out the application & return before the closing date in January. I sent the form in 30 days before the closing date. A month after the closing date I still had not received my card. Made enquiries through the Nespresso club, was given conflicting information saying I was going to receive card, not been posted to not eligible since the offer had now closed! After nearly 4 months I received my 'card' as credit to my account. There were further communication problems, but I've finally placed first order & await it's arrival.

So, we purchased the machine in January. The offer included a £50 nespresso gift card. We received the machine in the first week of February after the original order was delivered to the wrong address and lost. And it arrived without the gift card. We called on February 7th and were assured that the gift card would be with us in the next two weeks. Nothing arrived. Two months later we called again and were advised that the customer rep who we talked to in February was not there, and no information was available in their 'portal'. Hence out call in April would be lodged into the system and we should expect to hear back. The same day we called back to lodge an official complaint. After 10 minutes on being on hold and after going through explaining everything again we were advised that they needed to listen to the February call before they can do anything. I am not going to even begin to list everything that is wrong with this statement... Our advice - NEVER buy from them. The nice coffee is absolutely not worth the time and effort of dealing with their customer service (or lack of such)... And George Clooney should really read a few of these reviews before extending the advertisement deal - I would be really embarrassed to promote this crowd... ... and we are still waiting for the call back...

Bean to cup is messy and unless you have half an hour to clean everything up afterwards I recommend you go nespresso, I joined the club and have never looked back once in 7 years.. Not a bad case of poor customer service once! I brought the machine from nespresso themselves and was pleasantly surprised to receive my £70 gift card straight away!!!! Fab
