I had to chase my order after a week only to find out that half the order wasn't in stock even though it said it was, when i called i felt the customer service was half arse at best, i don't think these online sellers actually do this for a living.

Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Goods turned up after 10 days - yet they boast fast delivery - where's trading standards when you need them?

BG stores is the worse company i have ever dealt with in my life!!! They refuse to answer emails and the phone number they provide just goes straight to answer phone even if you do leave a voice mail they never reply anyway! The only thing they are good at is taking your money!my advice is stay away from them.

What a beautiful birthday gift the engraved picture frame from BG Stores is, my mother was delighted with it, beautifully made and the engraving was well done. I liked the idea I could also have it engraved with not just mum but also with love from your daughter.

Delivery did take about 4 days but that is understandable as it is personalised, so if you order allow time for delivery.

I bought ski goggles from BG Stores with next day delivery which came as promised. Problem was that the goggles where badly damaged (box was broker and lens scratched, even on the frame there was some marks). Communication between me and the seller regarding new pair of goggles was nice and easy. They were interested in solving my problem and helping as much as possible. I was going to Swithzeland in 2 days time so I needed new pair urgently. I have received new goggles day after and I was ready to go for holiday:-)

The bad side was that they made very bad first impression which matters. Also refund option isn't available.

Overall I would recommend BG Stores regarding any problems. Low prices and good brands.

We have been very impressed not only with the level of Customer Service received from BG Stores, but the communication on telephone & email, keeping us informed about the processing of our orders. Payment was easy online and last year when we had to return goods, this was done promptly, efficiently and at no extra coast to ourselves.

I ordered a bottle of perfume from them and it's been over 2 weeks and nothing yet. No email notifying me if the item was out of stock. Just silence all this time.

It's been so long I've ordered several others from elsewhere and they have arrived.

I shop online regularly and I would not recommend this store.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. I placed the order for my suncream yesterday afternoon and received it by post at 11am this morning - that is less than 24 hours from placing my order.

I am very impressed with your service and will certainly be recommending your company to friends and will definitely be using your company again.

BG Stores has good communications, friendly sales and delivery teams, fantastic furniture that is not only great to look at and exactly as described but also graet value.

This is just to say the Mobel Desk and printer unit arrived yesterday and is absolutely fabulous so would recommend this company should anyone be looking for similar items.

But I especially wanted to say how impressed we were with the person who delivered it and so carefully installed it in the room they were absolutely fantastic and very friendly a credit to the organisation and yours for completing the service.
