“Very poor customer service. I would not buy from them...”

The Green Office seem to be breaking the Distance Selling regs in that they do not allow customers to return a product within 7 days and get a refund.Their policy is "ONCE AN ITEM HAS BEEN USED IT BECOMES NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS THERE IS A FAULT",however how can you determine if a piece of equipment works on your PC without trying it out? I phoned the Green Office and spoke with a gentleman, he was extremely helpful and asssisted me with getting the specialised product and assured me it would arrive on time and he was right! The Green Office Recycled Office Paper is really white and goes through all of our printers without jamming which is a first for recycled paper as each time we have tried using recycled paper in the past it has jammed. Would easily recommend, great paper and at £2.99 is cheaper then most normal paper… Read Full Review
