Simply awful, by far the worst, stated they would send my two products " on an upgraded delivery service so we can get the item to you as soon as possible." but weeks later I am still here without the product and they don't know where it is! Now they are just blaming Royal Mail! You can't even track them! Tredz are awful. This company are nothing short of criminal. They took my order on 1st july told me the part would be shipped on 6th july verifying it twice as i said it was urgent. On 9th july they rang to tell me actualy it would be mid august, i asked for refund they said yes and that i would receive it in 1-2 days. It is now 20th july. “cube gardtail mountain bike boughts 6 months ago”

i bought a cube mountain bike only been using it 3 months and mainly on roads and its started to get a cranking noise from the front pedal area when going up hills contacted them and was told it was a loose bracket which isnt covered on the warranty told me to take it to a local bike repair shop to get it looked at and let them know how i got on at my own expense ! sent them photos and asked which bracket they are talking about cause i could not see one underneath, waiting on reply. customer… Read Full Review

They mean the bottom bracket-it isn't underneath the bike. This is basically the component that the cranks connect through the frame and allow you to actually pedal. Phots and a better description online

I received my cube stereo 160 HPA TM, October/November 2016 lovely bike, took it out on the local trails a few time's then notice that the back end was sloppy,redone all the air still no change, then found a fault on the rockshock reverb dropper post on to shop and the bike was sent back. Then while in the shop they found another fault on the frame the bottom pivot,they have had the bike now over 5 week's still none the wiser after customer care is shocking, wouldn't recommend tredz to anyone… Read Full Review

I bought a new kona when it arrived the rear spindle was very secondhand looking I emailed and got no reply a week later a new one arrived it was wrong and never answered to replace it the bike didn't fell right so took it to a tech who was disgusted that they had sent out a new bike in an unsafe condition everything lose bars not aligned a shocking state of affairs if you buy a bike from here please take it and have it built properly as halfords own them now so it will only get worse… Read Full Review

Horrible. They do not tell you items are mot in stock. It's been two weeks of trying to find out where my items are. I have since recieved one however they told me both had been delivered in their email. This was not the case at all, when I called I was told the item was out of stock, even though i had ordered it weeks earlier and they seemed to believe it had been sent with my other item. Lie about items being in stock, then takes weeks to sort out with customer services why order hasn't moved. Excuses and deflection, wasting your time. That's if you can actually place an order - won't accept an exact address I've used at dozens of other companies, which brings into question their competence at processing the same third party postcode data that all companies receive. I recently purchased a new road bike from Tredz. After a couple of days I discovered the bike had not been serviced as required prior to shipping. I contacted customer services who appeared helpful and requested I take the bike to a local repair shop and they would foot the bill providing it was under £40.00 and a receipt was issued. Recommended tredz by a friend, visited their cardiff store but they didn't have very many bikes and I'd be surprised if the assistant had any training. I went back a week later to see if they had any different stock in and tried a bike which as too small for me but this assistant told me was the right size! Ring first for stock availability, otherwise you may be wasting your time. Their website stock count is updated only when they check after a customer has placed an order. This way they have your custom and offer you an alternative product. They took my card details but I was told they hadn't processed the order yet and that no money had been taken from my account? I ordered several items online 28th August. Received phone call on Weds the 3rd to say one item was not in stock so they therefor hadn't sent the rest of the items. Pretty annoyed at this delay already but willing to let it go. Why are they allowing us to order things which are out of stock in the first place and especially if they are going to take too long to receive them?
