Very poor Internet based EPC company. As an EPC Assessor I made a regretful decision and took part in an on-line auction and being successful on a job.I arranged a job direct with the client and completed the job whilst uploading the EPC and filling the bank details all on-line. There has been no human interaction with UK EPC, after not being paid for two weeks and no response to emails I decided to pick the phone up, called the 0871 number and no response on the phone, voicemail after voicemail.

Customers and Assessors I would stay well clear of this company and would NOT forward any EPC requests to this company.

I am seeking legal advice to take this dim to small claims court as I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone.

A well architected system to Dupe people out of pocket!

EPC WORX - Dont go near them - After 39 days I am still waiting for my EPC which they said I would get within 4-5 working days ! After countless phone calls and emails still no joy and no explanation as to what the problem may be. To be avoided !!

EPC WORX basically coyboys, not even sure they have an inspector. I booked, they didnt show twice in a row so I had to get someone else to do it. They agreed to refund but I have chased up 4 times now and still not seent he money, think they are lying to me about sending cheques. If it was worth the effort I would drive up to their office and put a brick through their window.

In Small Claims Court claiming back money for the EPC/Floorplans they charged me for but never did and. Despite daily promises of the refund cheque being in the post, it never turned up, so we are having to waste more time going through the Courts. Can only say this company must get a lot of business being high up in the Google hits, but in reality it is a con and you'd be better off paying slightly more for a much better provider.

EPC WORX - DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! I ordered an EPC from them on the 24th February 2011 and only received it on the 31 March 2011 after threatening legal action. Be very aware as you can only market your property without an EPC for 28 days. I was on the phone to them daily since I had the home visit on the 1st of March and was promised every time that it would be send to me by the end of the business day but, needless say this never happened until my husband threaten then with legal action. At the beginning they said they had had technical problems, but I can't see how this can go on for over month. This is very worrying as they turn up at the top on google searches at the moment. Hardly the 72 hours service level they claim on their website. They take your money straight away though, £40, which might seem cheap if you actually get something from them before you need to take your property of the market! The owner is Tony Burridge, so just be aware if you find another company in which he is involved.

very good quick efficient service and value for money. I had to get one when I was renting my house out, would recommend to anyone just book through the site got a call with two hours done with a day

I am selling my house in Belfast in Northern Ireland and am required to have an Energy Performance Certificate on the EPC Register.
