What Can I Say About This Movie That Cannot Be Lea

What can I say about this movie that cannot be learned from watching it once and falling in love with it?

Mike Judges irreverant and hilarious talents are evident yet again (Beavis & Butthead, Office Space and King of the Hill)

In "Idiocracy", Luke Wilson portrays the most average man in the US military, and in the entire country for that matter- "average" Joe Bauers.

He and Rita (Maya Rudolph)- a prostitute employed by a pimp named "Upgrayedd" with two "d"s for a double dose of "pimping", take place in an Army hibernation experiment that goes awry. The two are forgotten about for 500 years.

During the hibernation sequence, the narrator describes how mankind devolves into a race of pure idiots while modern science is busy focusing on male pattern baldness and erectile dysfunction, the human race becomes stupider at an alarming rate.

Soon, mankind cannot address even the most basic of needs-trash disposal. Enter the "great trash avalanche of 2505" when Joe and Rita's hibernation units are uncovered and Joe's crashes through the apartment of one Frito Pendejo.

Joe awakes to see Frito watching "Ow, my balls" on the violence channel.

Joe quickly discovers that the human race are now a bunch of complete morons. Soon, president Hector Elisondo mountain dew herbert comacho discovers that Joe is the smartest man alive and procures his help by appointing him as a cabinet secretary to the president.

The problem is that water has been relegated for use in toilets only, and is not even used to water crops, drinking or to feed to livestock.

Years of watering the soil with BRAWNDO, the thirst mutilator (a direct rip of the real RONDO the thirst crusher) sports drink have left heavy deposits of salt in the soil, so no plants will grow.

Luke wilson and the entire cast do such a great job in their respective roles-totally believealbe. The eldest Wilson brother actually makes his big screen debut in this film as the role of "Beef Supreme"!

That is a very brief glimpse of the hilarity that awaits in this, the funniest movie that I have ever see.

You may ask yoursef WHY you have never heard of this movie before.

I'll tell you. Apparently, the execs at 20th century Fox did not care for the way this movie made fun of them, fox news, starbucks, Carl's Jr and many other corporate entities.

In fact, this move was slated as a huge summer blockbuster here in the US with a nationwide summer release. However, fox only released this in 7 cities nationwide!

This movie is already a cult classic and a must own movie for those that love true comedy and satire.
