It Was Very Interesting I Couldn't Put It Down. I

It was very interesting i couldn't put it down. I hope that she was finally able to be happy. I also hope that people will read this and open their eyes to what is going on in the world, especially with the Taliban. People need to do something about it, and this book will help! Also, anyone who reads this book and all they think about it is that it was "slow," needs to re-read it and actually get something out of it - it was not written to entertain, but to inform about the Taliban, so it doesn't matter if you think it was slow. You just need to look at it as a cry for help and justice.

It Was A Good Book As A Whole, Latifa Just Needed

It was a good book as a whole, Latifa just needed to try and get a little more personal with us. I like the detail in the store and how you can really imagine a women cut in half hanging from two swinging doors, and a womens head getting shaved in front of her children and husband for talking about a private matter.

Latifa, My Forbidden Face was a true eye-opener. It was at times, disturbing very clearly written and honest. An easy read, you cant put it down. Everyone should read this book.
