The guy on customer service only talks if you are going to order an essay after that you have to wait a really long time to get in contact with them. anyhow i paid for the essay and i received it in time, but it was way off what i asked for and it was less than the pages i asked for, when i asked for revision and to write some more the next thing i got was just increase in font size to increase the pages of the essay and the quality of the essay was not at all what i asked for. I will never use Standard Essays.com again, I have found it very difficult to get a refund and still have not. They offer 100% plagiarism free service, but the work is a cheap copy paste I feel and in my experience there was not proper grammar used or even English.
