Very Loud And Not Durable
I have had this vacuum for 4 years and have finally have given in to getting a new hoover. I was disappointed with it from the first use - it sounds like a jet engine taking off it so loud. I really and truly feel like I should be wearing ear plugs to protect my ears from being damaged and the kids and the dog all run and hide as far away from the hoover the minute it goes on. It is now held together with duct tape -hoses broke away from the top, vent hole cap broke. I find it very awkward an messy to empty and the filters need to washed very frequently. Until recently it did a fair job picking up the dog hairs and dirt but not as good as other hoovers I have owned. I would definitely NOT recommend this vacuum to anyone!

Bought The Product On The Premise That If It Can C
bought the product on the premise that if it can cope with pet hairs it can cope with day to day use, how wrong can you get! within weeks of use the plastics on one of the cleaning heads broke, this had to be replaced. next the air shut off on the hose broke..replaced. cleaning heads don't work!they keep picking up hairs and they just get stuck on the brush.angular design wrecks paintwork as it catches on it. now the stair hose has just split too! extra tools are pretty shabby too. ah well, off to buy a new dustpan and brush, sure it will do the job better!
ps. it does have nice air fresheners
