I wouldn't recommend this machine, it looks good but is not reliable.
I will never buy another Gaggia coffee machine again

Owned The Gaggia Titanium Machine For About 3 Year
Owned the Gaggia Titanium machine for about 3 years, used it on average for three drinks a week. We had no end of problems and are very disappointed. After 12 months the pump failed, at 18 months the steam valve, at 24 months the steam valve again and other electrical problems, at 30 months started to get internal leaks. The machine went back to Gaggia at least three times and was repaired for about £60 each visit. The repair cost was reasonable however the machine was off the road for at least 6 weeks each time it went in and it was hassle. At 36 months we got more internal leaks and electrical problems but found that Philips UK had acquired Saeco, the owners of Gaggia, and now outsource the repair of Gaggia machines. Philips have no obligation to support Gaggia customers and the original Gaggia UK went into administration. The price to repair was quoted as £110 plus whatever parts are needed. With the machine needing repair every six months it is no longer viable to retain it. The Gaggia has gone in the trash. Would never buy Gaggia again, disappointed in Philips approach and would not recommend to anyone.

Our Gaggia Titanium Bean To Cup Coffee Maker Had P
Our Gaggia Titanium Bean to Cup Coffee Maker had problems with the steam valve, we had problems from the very beginning, always working for 1-3 months, that needed to be repaired. Worst mistake was, purchasing it from ECM company, even though they repaired it without cost, after so many the same problems, they were unwilling to replace the machine with new one and kept repairing it which cost us always money, because we needed to go somewhere for coffee.
Thanks for this useful view. We've had a Gaggia Symphony for 8 years and it has broken down every year. After the guarantee expired it has cost us around £100 each time, so we've paid twice effectively.I can see from this review that there is no improvement in reliability or service, so while the spec for this machine is prettty impressive we won't be taking the risk.
