I had a problem with my older computer, I found these guys on google, and asked about it on their website, they replied back, they were very polite, and very helpful! They have a website also www.halescomputerservice.com - they have forums, that people can post computer questions on, a contact page, to ask them questions directly, a chat! There forum is amazing, it gives a lot of features, a personal blog (kinda different for a forum, but what the heck!), a auction (I guess for computer parts, to auction the to other users, kinda like eBay), a user upload addition (which lets me freely upload any files to their server, and use it as free storage!). Like I said, they have a very nice site runnung, so if you have any computer problems, or questions, check them out! Thanks!
