“4 hours still waiting”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Jms250 on 01/04/2024

Contacted Cape Coral Chrysler Jeep. They gave me the number for Stellantis. Followed all the text instructions… about an hour they sent the towing company name and number Budget towing (that’s for sure) sent me an app to watch the tow truck icon stay stationary for an hour. Called Budget; she said she didn’t know why they give the app. Revised eta an hour ago to 13 min. Then -1 min. Please don’t bury me with this Jeep App is worthless communication is terrible. Still waiting for service Won’t listen to dealer suggestions again

written by smessner on 29/03/2024

I purchased a brand new 2023 ram 1500, within about 5 months, 5000 miles, the vehicle outright just died on me in middle of street leaving me stranded it automatically shifted into park when lost power..i called dealership i bought it they said theyd get it right in ,,i had roadside assistance,,(heres where the fun starts) They wanted to tow it to a diff dealership, that was booked 6 weeks out and no loaners,,because ive had problems in past also with this dealership. Was told wouldnt tow to my dealership. So i paid out of pocket for this tow,$286, they didnt have loaner at time,, Called ram again, was told i would get reimbursed for towing, rental, just submit recipts which i did,,this all began 1/23/24. dealership was very good at explaining it was warrantee issue would be fixed under warrantee but part was backordered, none available. Meanwhile, im paying for rental for next 2 weeks. Dealership calls and has a loaner for me, pick it up now start co tacting ram about reimbursement.start getting runaround,,many days hours accumulated emails sent proof sent here it is now 3/29. had case closed once for quote 'non responding' Which is absolute bs.i have copies of all emails ,reciepts. Open new case ..now this time they deny it, Dont fall for this ram roadside coverage sham If i can prevent one person from getting screwed like i did then this review was worth it

“Stellantis roadside is a joke on jeep customers”

★☆☆☆☆

written by 491McCartney on 24/01/2024

Called roadside service at Stellantis for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee msrp 69000. Needed a tow to the dealer car was dead 2 days after delivery. They told us that no tow companies could accept their tow request and said we should find our tow on our own. If your thinking about purchasing a Stellantis product be aware that you are pretty much on your own.

“Chrysler roadside assistance ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Dakota338 on 19/01/2024

Absolutely the worst service. Definitely not worth the money.in the case of a tow this is what happens Turns out according to the rep from chrysler they send out a request for the tow to multiple tow companies in their system that are contracted to work with chrysler. They then allow those companies to bid on the job and chrysler then decides if they will pay the amount requested or not. Apparently the software makes the decision as to who your going to get based on availability of the tow company and location you are calling from. Problem is they didn't want to pay the tow company's full bid amount because the software was calling for company's over two hours away from me. Hence why the bill was so high. I suggested I call a local company, get them on conference call the two can work out the payment and it will save chrysler roadside service alot of money and get me towed quickly. Answer: no we don't work that way..has to go through approved companies already working with Chrysler. Told to go through the whole process again on the phone. Unacceptable answer! I got a manager on the phone and spent over an hour while she and I looked up local tow companies that could do the job in the Chrysler network. Found one at third the price of the one the software suggested initially also providing prompt service and in network. Allowing a software program to make decisions of who will come to your rescue and the have them bid on it and then have a representative of your company out of state or out of the country from decide if the bill is too large to pay is absolutely ludicrous! Apparently your software doesnt take in to consideration all the deciding factors two resonable human beings can. What if I were stranded in freezing weather with children in the car. Are you kidding me !!!!! Im supposed to call 911 leave my 75000 truck where ever because your software wont allow human intervention? To top it off hours later they sent a text asking if I even got towed, was I still stranded, did I cancel..they had no clue what I did even though I called and canceled 10 minutes after the long ordeal on the phone. YOU DONT LET A COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROGRAM DETERMINE THESE THINGS WHEN PEOPLE ARE IN JEOPARDY I suggest you allow the customer to call a local company..put them in contact with your reps for payment and end of problem. You know...like how AAA has done it for years!! And if you're too concerned about recoding your software program, and/or changing company policies then at least allow the reps to give an amount you will pay based on where the vehicle is and where its going. There are many ways to resolve these problems if your concerns are customer oriented. None of this is explained in your marketing or sales of this product. If you want to talk about this further you can reach me at [email protected] But don't bother patronizing me with some form letter or apology. If your serious about addressing those problems and have a solution working I'm interested in hearing that.

“Really really bad service. Don’t call them ”

written by Kailam133 on 16/11/2023

Overall bad service delay time don’t know what they’re doing call services disorganize they tell you something it’s not true better call the other towing and pay for it then use a free service provide They are choosing dirt dealership not yours where you bought your truck or car then you have to pay extra to bring it to your own dealership where you bought your vehicle the better service with dolphin towing that 24 hours service they provide in Miami Overall, don’t call roadside assistance of Dodge Chrysler you’re gonna get %#&$@
