We booked & paid for a a car with ATS a month before our holiday. I was told that on arrival there would be a driver waiting for out party in the airport. However on arrival there was no driver & when i called the contact number to find out what was going on was spoken to in spanish - a language i do not understand. It emerged that ATS had had not paid our journey with the company they had contracted the journey to & therefore we were stranded in Ibiza airport in the middle of the night without a means of getting to our villa. VERY UNRELIABLE. DO NO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

On return I requested a refund which i did receive but it took over a month to go through & i was not granted the apology i requested. Very unreliable & very unhappy with this service.

Booked a transfer from Alicante airport to Benidorm with A-T-S airport shuttle. When I arrived at the airport expecting to find my transfer waiting for me I was astonished to find that nobody had even heard of the firm despite asking all the other shuttle reps. I therefore had to make other arrangements to get to my resort at extra expense. On my return home I contacted the firm by email and telephoned but to date no money has been returned to me and no explanation offered. On this basis I would definately noto recommend this firm to anyone so please beware this company is completely unreliable

We had a pleasant outbound journey with ATS transfers from Innsbruck to Mayrhofen but the return journey was the journey from hell. We got picked up in a meat wagon and I'm not being sarcastic saying that it said meat wagon on the side and the inside confirmed that. You wouldn't have put animals in it let alone people.

The driver apparently couldn't speak English despite ats advertising that they all do. I have my doubts, think he was playing dumb.

Didn't know the way to the airport we had to tell him that the road up the Hintertux Glacier was a dead-end and he turned round.

Private transfer but they attempted to put two other passengers with us, wasn't having that.

Absolutely awful and certainly wouldn't use again or recommend.
