Does anyone know how to get in contact with FastCarhire? The address on sit is just a Letter Box - the telephone number for after order problems is CarTrawler. The firm is not Registered as a company - no company details. They will not respond to emails or their webmails. They owe me a refund for a cancelled car hire in January but no contact since May. Has anybody any advice. Thanks

l have changed the dates before no problem. I have cancelled and been refunded no problem. Use the portal you booked with.

I have used the portal I booked with - no response since May 3rd. I have also contacted the email address again initially I got replies telling me my refund was on the way but no further contact since April. I have used this firm for many years and got a refund a couple of years ago so cannot understand why the present problem. I am concerned that they are non.contactable.

When booking online did anyone have to produce a picture of there credit card?

no pictures all done securely . they use to use paypal but changed to another payment provider i have used this and is easy and secure.

No, i have used fastcarhire many times and never had a problem. Great process for paying, asking questions via your booking on the site.

I have used FastCarHire.com several times and have never, ever, been asked to produce a copy of my credit card when making the booking. Obviously when picking up the car the card used to make the booking needs to be shown. A couple of times I have had the car delivered to where we were staying in Bangkok (excellent service with Budget on this by the way) and the delivery man needed to run the card through one of those hand held card readers (the old type that does 3 copies!) This is understandable and in order as of course they need to get a deposit for the items in our rental not covered by insurance i.e. lost keys and damage to more than one tyre. Hope this helps

No picture of credit card is required. You pay with 16-digit credit card no. + CVV.
