Booked for my sons 18th Birthday 2 months ahead. 3 days before the contacted me to say they couldn’t honour the booking but could move it. I couldn’t get hold of one of the guests so asked that if he couldn’t make the change could that one guest be refunded. They told me No. they needed to know numbers. I went ahead as I didn’t want my son to miss out. When I arrived they had us down for one less than we had booked for!! Unhelpful and poorly organised.
