AtSasilasy Pet Hotel is well constructed and in a lovely situation. The people who had it previously had a lovely place. the people who have been operating this place for the last two years haven't in my opinion maintained it properly. I called today and was shown around by the new owners and I've been assured it will be refurbished to its original condition. However the new owners have a squad of helpers going with steam cleaners etc

My dog Skipper enters the kennels with tail wagging and happy to leave me and comes back to us just as happy.

Skipper is always well looked after and grooming service is second to none.

Would recommend the kennels to all my friends and family.

We only used this place as our regular pet hotel was fully booked, whilst this place, not surprisingly, had vacancies. we felt so angry by the way not only we, but our pets were treated. the female owner in particular, had an abrasive manner we had never experienced in all our years of using boarding places. the overall look of the place is dirty, and on speaking to other pet owners who had also used this place, we were all unanimous in our view that we would never let our much loved pets stay there again. the owners apparently also have some 30 dogs of their on, at the back somewhere which begs the question - how on earth can they take proper care of them whilst supposedly running a business?
