I've travelled to many cities around the world, so I thought I'd give them a try, as I did not want to haggle with local taxi drivers in a language I do not speak well. The billed me almost immediately after I made the reservation, but it took forever before I got "confirmation", and their own website says it should only take 24 hours. When I arrived at the airport, the driver was not there, but finally showed up after about 35 minutes of me wandering around the airport looking for him. I came this close (holding my forefinger and thumb really close together) to just hiring a taxi. On a positive note, for the trip back to the airport, he did show up a little early to pick me up at the hotel. He was courteous, and the car was air-conditioned and comfortable. I'm not sure how much English he spoke, as the little conversing we did was mostly in Russian. I'm not sure whether or not I'd use World Airpot Transfer services again, but whatever the case, I don't know why anyone would use such services at any U.S. city, or any cosmopolitan city in the developed world, as there are usually inexpensive shuttles that serve as ground transport, or even taxis. Furthermore, on World Airport Transfer's website, they threaten to leave if your flight is more than an hour late, and I've been on flights later than that.
