Avoid - Like The Plague
just awful - super hard to find at the airport, they didn't hold a sign and we could barely understand the person on the phone. They were just inside the coffee shop. Then we prearranged a car seat for my toddler and they didn't have one.
Picking up to go to return was even worse. We waited in our apartment and they never called. We finally called them and they said they can and just left so we jumped in a can and raced to the airport. No refund.

No Show!!
Booked World airport Transfer for a pick up at the Port of Barcelona. Booked our pick up time for 8am, we were off the ship and waiting at 7:30 am. My husband walked around several times to see if someone had our name for a pick up but no one did.
Finally at 8:15 we had no choice but to get in a taxi to catch a flight to Canada.
While half way to the airport the driver called us to ask where we were and we explained that we booked a pick up for 8 am not 8:20!
Emailed World transfer and they said the driver told them he was there, which was a lie.After many emails back and forth they have still not refunded my pre paid fare.
Do NOT use them.

This outfit left us without a ride in Barcelona. Their ride request asked for flight arrival time, but they didn't allow any time for clearing immigration, etc and in our case a lost bag. I went out and looked for the driver to let them know we were delayed, but didn't see them. I then emailed them that we were delayed due to the lost bag. Their response was that their driver had left because we had taken longer to show up that the 1 hour after arrival (per their weasel words). If I'd seen their poor ratings I would never have booked them. I told them I wanted a refund, but would use them for the return, but they would make no allowance. They did refund the return trip costs.

Nobody Showed Up
Booked a transfer from Guatemala City Airport to Antigua which was confirmed and money taken out of account on day of flight. Upon arrival at the airport there was no driver waiting for me. I waited for 30 minutes after which time I booked a transfer with a separate company that ended up being half the price. I was unable to call the numbers provided as my phone does not work internationally. When I emailed them to ask for a refund I was denied as they said I had taken a separate service, despite that fact their driver never showed up. Terrible company, will take your money then act like it's your fault.
Rip Off
Paid £72 for a return transfer from Barcelona airport. Om arrival there was no car waiting to collect, the phone numbers to contact were invalid and there was no response to an email until back in the UK whereby they advised as our flight was 30 minutes delayed I should have contacted them to advise. Not sure how that was possible when in mid air and the numbers were invalid. refused a refund. Very poor customer service and a taxi was only €20 each way so significantly overpriced service. Rip off merchants. Would never use again and definitely will not recommend to anybody I know
3 Weeks Since Booking And No Voucher
Has Anyone tried to book and not received a voucher ever? its been 3 weeks since I have booked, I send reminder messages all the time as there is no telephone number where to contact them. Can someone help me out. They took the money straight away but a lot to be desired for the service and work. I need someone to urgently contact me from World Transfers

Stranded In Wrong Location At 1am - Solo Female
Was dumped off in a random alley at 1am at an incorrect address (after being assured I would be taken directly to accommodation). 24 hour 'help' desk was extremely rude and insisted I was at the 'right' address even though i had it on my phone where I was vs where I was supposed to be (the address I had given them). Refused to help, were extremely rude. Had to try and find taxi as a solo female in back alleys of Barcelona in the dark. Emailed to notify them of situation. NO response. Don't use this company!

Horrible service! They didn't check flight status. Left us stranded at airport for over an hour. My wife even emailed them from back home to confirm my flight delay. We just received a response...10 days later! Save yourself the hassle and take a taxi.

We almost missed our flight. The doors were closing as we ran down the Jetway. Its been thee weeks and they are claiming they have wait for the local Cab Co. to respond.
RUN FAR AWAY. AS OF NOW MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN FRAUDULENT

World Airport Transfers Are Shocking!!!
I had a similar experience with World Airport Transfers. I booked them as we needed a baby seat for our six-month old son. We arrived on 10th August at the scheduled time. There was no-one at the airport to meet us. I called the Service Provider (SP) to be told that the driver was stuck in traffic. He said he would be 20mins. The driver arrived 30mins later. He told us that his car broke down. Additionally, he didn't have a car seat even though we booked and paid for one. If we knew that the SP could not provide a car seat we would have brought our own. We had to travel to the hotel with our 6 month old son on my wife's lap. This is far from ideal but thankfully there was no accident.
On Sunday 14th August I called the SP in the morning to confirm our pick up at 12 noon. The guy I talked to told me that they would pick us up at 12:30pm. I told him that we had asked for 12 noon to which he replied that their policy was 3 hours before the flight time. When I questioned him again he told me to "stop pissing him off" and we could basically take it or leave it. He said he had no confirmation from World Airport Transfer as to the pick up time or child seat. As I felt I had no choice I accepted but called their office to complain. I talked to someone who said she would call the SP to get the situation resolved. However, when she called back she had been unsuccessful in changing the time but that they did have a car seat for a baby.
Unexpectedly we received a call from the driver who said he could pick us up at 11:45am. I was happy with this so accepted. He also confirmed that he had a car seat for a baby. He arrived on time and we loaded our luggage. However, the car seat he had was for a 3 year old and above. I explained this to him but he tried to convince me that it was OK for a baby. I am sure that you are aware that this is not the case and our baby son would have been put at grave risk if we had tried to use this. I refused to use the car seat. He then told me that he could not take us as our son had to be in an appropriate car seat otherwise he would get fined and get 6 points. Obviously he now realised that his car seat was not appropriate. However, he intimated that if we made it worth his while he would take the risk. At that point we unloaded the car. We asked our hotel to arrange a taxi for us which cost us over EUR40.
I paid in advance for return transfers and the provision of a car seat for a 6 month old baby. The first driver was 30mins late with no car seat. The SP was rude and obnoxious and the second driver tried to make us use an unsuitable car seat. When we refused he intimated that he wanted an additional payment (basically a bribe) in order to take us on the journey that we had already paid for!
I wish I had checked the forum before I had booked. I use transfer companies for work and never have an issue. It is 5 months on now and I still haven't got a resolution. My advice if to avoid them at all costs
