Would not us let us review on shuttle direct link they sent to us.Left solo elderly woman at pickup point and told her to get taxi.After many emails said they told my husband the change when he confirmed pickup time.this was not true.

Sent me an email telling us 7am pick , we arrived 15 minutes early , 7.20 no bus, phoned emergency number to be told "get a taxi and Keep receipt" we got taxi €85 got home uploaded the receipt along with there 7am pick up email to he told it was our fault for not checking .. i did check the email THEY sent .. no refund no apologies.. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY DISGUSTING OUTCOME!!!!

Will never use Shuttle Direct again. 90 minute flight delay - arrived 23.45 Website says in FAQ you will still be met if flight delayed. Local supplier told me when I rang, we could get the next shuttle - the following morning! Not wanting to spend the night in the airport, we paid €60 for a taxi. In my communication with them after, I offered to waive the taxi refund but looked for the money back that I paid them for the service we did not get. They refused to refund it. As they did not at any stage, communicate to me that we would only get a shuttle if we arrived by 23.00 AND they have refused to refund me, they obviously think it's fine to leave people stranded in an airport overnight..such a disrespectful way to treat people and a disingenuous way to do business. My advice is deal directly with the local service and cut them out of the arrangements.

I made reservation with ShuttleDirect on 19.6.2023 for my family to get the ride from Palma de Mallorca airport to our hotel. I paid up front and it was around 50 Euros. My flight Ryan Air to Palma de Mallorca was over 3hrs late and I informed ShuttleDirect immediately upon learning about flight delay. ShuttleDirect canceled on us saying they have no ride for us. When I asked for refound they declined. So I was charged full amount and received no services. I would NEVER recommend using ShuttleDirect to anybody, since you might end up with cancelation on their behalf and your money already gone. If you decide to use ShuttleDirect dont pay them upfront. I gave them 1 out of 5 stars simply because they do not offer zero stars

“Terrible service!”

We will never order again! We were planning a trip to the airport with a small child and we had to get to the bus almost 5 hours before the flight!! Why not a day before departure??? We were sent a confirmation and the time of sending the shuttle is very tricky, when we could no longer refuse it. We wrote to the mail that we would not go and asked for a refund. But we were refused. Yes, they also called us at 3 am to get us out of the hotel, although we wrote to the mail that we Cancel it!

“The driver didn't stop ”

I had an agreed transfer for 3:15 am and I was standing on the agreed spot.The driver passed around me and didn't stop! I had to take the taxi and pay 93€ for it ! I am going to complain and ask the company to pay me these money back!!! Not recommend!

“Stay away from this vendor”

Stay away from this vendor! Fairly certain they're involved in illegal activities. I booked a shuttle with them. They collected all my personal data including passport details. I paid using a credit card so they collect all of that data too. Then they sent an email saying they couldn't honour the original price and I had to pay an additional amount. I suspect they are monitizing the collection of personal data.

“Utterly useless ”

The transfer from our villa to Malage airport didn't turn up - a text at 7:10 am saying 'car is broken, sorry' is not really acceptable. We had to get a lift to Ronda and get a local taxi to the airport - we made it to the gate with minutes to spare, very stressful! And the 'emergency 24 hr' phone number is an utterly useless concept, if no-one answers the phone! Considering we booked shuttle direct for a stress free, seamless journey, I can't imagine we'll ever use their services again. Please avoid like the plague!

if you want to miss your flight you are on the right track with shuttledirect. Company want me wakeup at6am for flight on 11 and nobody come and pickup me from the hotel in Fuengirola I need take a taxi and spent a fortune on it, I make a complain after but nobody response. Very bad service !!!!!

When I arrived at Tenerife airport, I was informed by phone that Shuttle Direct decided to cancel my booking due to low demand and kindly (!) refund me. They did not offer me any alternatives except to take a taxi to the hotel on my own that would cost me over 100EUR.

Terrible.We were given no return time (as we were assured we would be) and had to email 3 times and telephone the office in Spain twice before we were given one. When the time came to return to the airport the bus did not arrive, and the office tried to shift blame on to ourselves by claiming the bus had arrived, waited for 10 minutes (in which case it would still have been there) and left without us. Since we had been waiting by the bus stop from more than 10 minutes before the pickup time, this was cleary not so.  Use this company at your own risk. A taxi will cost very little more, be far quicker, and a lot more comfortable.

Used this company to transfer from Tenerife south airport to Pueblo Torviscus apartments, unknown to me at the time the shuttle bus will not drop off or pickup at the entrance inspite being stated on the transfer coupon. My disabled wife is unable to walk any distance and being dropped off 11pm at the top of a hill 400m from the entrance caused severe distress. No way could she get back to be picked up. I requested an alternative return transfer to no avail. This company has Customer NOcare policy, it cost me the shuttle charge and 30€ for a taxi. Dont use this company if you want a trouble free service.

Avoid Shuttle Direct managed by Viajes Alameda in Barcelona and sold through Expedia. They did not pick us up at Barcelona airport, they never called, never texted, never answered their phone. We waited over 45 minutes for them and finally had to take a taxi to our hotel. When we asked for a refund they refused because they said their service as "available to use." Shame on Expedia for not refunding our money. I had thought that Expedia would stand behind purchases made on their website. They do not. I will never use Expedia again.

Shocking dropped off nowhere near the Benidorm apartments I was booked in and dropped off near a taxi rank in la calla area at 1am. taxi cost 10 euro same going back so we booked a proper transfer firm beni transfers. Poor poor poor

I want my money back!!! I booked Shuttle Direct because of the "so called" good reviews thinking we would get a comfortable, safe ride into Milano from Malpensa Airport. We got the ride from Hell!!! The drive played F1 racing on the freeway by driving at 140Ks in 100 zones while steering with one hand on the bottom of the steering wheel and drinking water (?) from a bottle with the other hand.He looked determined to pass every other car on the road and swerved in and out to get passed them. Never Again will I book this company. I thought I'd enjoy a nice ride in a comfortable Mercedes - was I wrong.

Terrible service. My flight got canceled and I was provided another flight. I had my mom call them and give them my new flight number. When I landed, the guy refused to take me. He first said the flight was canceled, but after I said that I called, he said that it's actually because I was 10 minute late over the hour that I had to get to the gate so I lost my ticket and I need to take a taxi. I was late because of the flight, it wasn't in my control. He was so rude, I would never book with them or recommend them. The service is so unreliable. Watch out, they sell through Expedia.

“Awful service - would be a no-star if it was available”

I arrived at Bodrum airport as scheduled at 11.15pm on 24th July 2017. No car waiting for me as promised. Rang the number on the voucher and they said they knew nothing about it and even worse told me to wait then ring them back after they made enquiries. When I did ring back they said they knew nothing of me and even worse had no car to send for me. All this wasted the best part of 2 hours and I then had to get a taxi into Bodrum City. It then took me the best part of 2 weeks to get my money back. Shuttle Direct blame everything on the local agent and take no responsibilty whatsoever themselves, pointing to their small print which says that the contract is not with them. Never again!

In short,the answer is,you will not get your money back.My elderly friend and I booked a transfer with Shuttledirect. We waited hours with promises that they were on their way, they did not turn up,so we had to get a taxi. I rang Shuttledirect several times,speaking to the same lady,who told me,they would pay me the transfer cost but not the taxi fare,as I did not have a receipt. The taxi driver did not speak any English, and he did not understand my Turkish. She said they had my bank details and would put the cost of the transfer back into my account. It did not happen.All Shuttledirect want is to take your money and not provide a service.They advertise on the internet and foolishly I thought their service would be good.WRONG!!I feel that they should not be allowed to advertise on the internet as they are still getting away with duping customers out of their money. There are reputable transfer companies who care about their customers and provide a good service,thankfully Shuttledirect is in a minority. I have put it down to a bad experience,a learning curve to ensure that I do not make the same mistake again. This incident made me want to write a review, (my first) so as to warn others not to use Shuttledirect,which goes to show the importance of reading reviews before making your decision on which transfer company to use. Good luck with a transfer company on your next holiday.
