We loved visiting your factory warehouse showroom with all the hospitality and detailed information. The ordering process was easy, received lots of help on the phone and by email. Very accommodating with delivering the sofa, very nice delivery men – carried our sofa to our 4th floor flat. The Winchester sofa is wonderful and looks very luxurious. The Silver Grey Leather compliments our room. Really Pleased!

The sofa is extremely comfortable and looks splendid. I received delivery of my chair over the weekend and just wanted to say how happy I am with it and also with the service. The new sofa is stylish, comfortable and an excellent online purchase. Customer service and delivery was great too, we were actually given a choice of which day to receive it. Both me and my partner hold down jobs in the city it's difficult for us to take time off work (no hols left for the year :) We opted for a Saturday delivery. One slight niggle tho, on delivery I noticed a leg on the sofa was scuffed. I pointed it out to the delivery driver and they quickly went to the van and got a replacement leg. Problem resolved! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend purchasing for Designer Sofas4u Ltd. The choice of chairs was fantastic - most of which come with options to change the dimensions of the chair. So in essence you can order to have the furniture more deeper, wider and/or taller. All the furniture is made in the UK and average turnaround time between 3-4 weeks from placing the order to receiving the furniture. With such a huge range of fabrics to choose from it was difficult to narrow it down. So much so that we were very tempted to buy another one! The delivery service was brilliant, calling to arrange when was best for me and then the day before to confirm a time, so no hanging around!! It is the best ever present I have got for my elderly mother. She hasn't stopped thanking me as she couldn't be more happier. Thank you so much

We bought a 3 seat Sofa Bed and a Corner sofa in leather from the Chesterfield range earlier this year. We found the whole experience pretty seamless. After looking through the online brochure we made the journey to the Blackburn factory showroom. From what you see on telly I wasn't comfortable making this sort of purchase without viewing the product. We were very happy with what we saw and ordered on the spot. The sofas arrived on schedule 4 weeks later and were quickly taken into our living room by the polite efficient delivery team. Thank you

We bought the Juliet Italian Leather 3 seater + 2 seater + armchair . Service in the showroom was friendly, courteous but not at all pushy.The communication between Kim and I was fab. Furniture made to order and delivered by the most amazing delivery men ever - even took their shoes off whilst carrying the furniture into our living room with brand new carpets. The suite feels really comfortable and oozes quality :) Had a few friends round last week and they are all very impressed. Well done guys, thank you!

Hello, I am from Germany and this is already the second time i have bought from designersofas4u!! When i wanted to order they gave me such detailed information & leather samples and pictures. The delivery time was as scheduled on both occasions. The 1st delivery was received on a pallet, however to my amazement the 2nd delivery was done in their own vehicle all the way from England!! I felt sorry for drivers who were not used to driving on the opposite side of the auto bhan!! They really listen and also important the prices very good! Delivery team were exceptional, they were on-time, courteous and efficient. The chair is made of good quality leather with a timeless design. Its very comfy and worth every penny. I have had a few visitors who all love the chair. After my long search for a sofa I stumbled upon Designer Sofas4u online. Although I wasn't very confident to shop for an item like a sofa online, I decided to take a risk - I am so very glad I did! A very successful experience at the Blackburn showroom. Designer Sofas4u were the only people able to supply a small enough sofa to suit our needs, the advisor was extremely helpful as we chose both sofa and sofabed and incredibly efficient on getting fabric samples delivered to us, follow-up and all correspondence. We will definitely use them again. Delivery was within the lead time we'd been given, they rang when they were half an hour away removed old sofa and sofa installed new ones without question. Delivery chap even explained how the plastic needed to remain on the mattress should we need to return it within the allotted 14 days and encouraged a proper check of everything before taking a signature. All in all, delighted and looking forward to a return visit.

The sofa is perfect just as I imagined. My husband and I went to the factory showroom and we were offered a hot drink and a lot of assistance by a lovely member of staff :) We tried out a few sofas and then had a chat about what it was we wanted. We were able to choose the exact colour of the sofa and the extra cushions and were given a sample of the colours we had chosen too. 4 weeks later the sofa arrived it was better than we remembered! It's so comfortable and fits perfectly. The only negative comment I have is the delivery time. We were told 3 weeks on average and then during that week we were told it arrive the following Thursday. No explanation as to why it was later than we were told. However, the quality of the sofa outweighs the delivery issues. I would definitely recommend this company. Incredible quality and such a beautiful and comfortable sofa. Thank you!
