Zero customer support. You can't get through to them to leave a message, and if you do they don't return the call. It would be wiser to book directly with the airline.

Zuji are very quick and willing to take a booking and to bank your money... but BEWARE, they don't let you cancel if you need to! Our daughter is critically ill and we have been trying to cancel an August booking for 3 weeks. They put us on hold, cut us off, say they are looking at the fares and will call back..you name it, every possible excuse. We have sent dozens of emails, but they say you have to cancel by phone. The airlines won't cancel it as they say it has to go through the agent that made the booking. It's impossible! You never know when an emergency will strike, so for goodness sake make sure you use an agent that is available to you in the event of problems or cancellation. I expect it's because there's commission in a booking and none in a cancellation. If we ever get our money back or our flights cancelled we will never use www.zuji.com.au again.
