Savoy Hotel, Sharm el Sheikh

Although the room was a budget price,four nights before our stay we spent one night in bosworth hall hotel and paid £29.00 for the night.Having stayed at bosworth many times before we were in a room that we have paid up to £50.00 for,and received the same standard of room and service although only paying £29.00.

On arriving at the savoy,we found the staff rude and not very helpfull,we were told we didnt need to be told about the evening meal as we were booked in on a b&b basis.when we got to the room we found it not up to a very good standard,there was only one saucer,one piece of soap, one shower gel and one shampoo,the telephone wasnt working and we told reception about this but it wasnt fixed.

As for the breakfast,the plates were red hot but the food was cold,the dining room was dirty and smelt,the decor was very tatty seeing as the hotel has gone through a multimillion pound refurb.

The hotel as a whole is very poor and we wont be returning and will definitely tell any of our friends to stay well clear!
