I joined Titan 6 weeks back no issues like previous reviewer, althought their website does say their official trading name is Titancomputers ltd! Speeds are better with Titan and better value for money than previous ISP which was Zen internet. I have signed up for their Fibre optic broadband service and have a nice connection speed of 37mb. By fat THE best isp there is. Been with Titan for 2 years now and recently moved to Fibre with Titan. Had a BT line issue and Titan's support was spot on. They chased BT big time and got the line sorted in 2 days. With AOL (my previous supplier) it would have been 2 months minimum LOL

Consistently first class, unlimited and unrestricted 24Meg LLU service. How do they do it! Puts other so-called 'premium' broadband services to shame!

My ping has gone from 67ms on BT internet to 16ms on TitanADSL this is just pure awsome gaming broadband.

Our speed has also gone from 6.4Meg with BT to 14.8Meg on TitanADSL so double the speed.

Responsiveness of the connection is very quick.

Been with Titan LLU for a year now. Always get full DL speed day or night. 1 outage in the year which was put on their site within 15 mins and cleared within 2 hours.

Compared to AOL, and Sky who I have used Titan are on a different level altogether.

Don't often leave comments but thought I'd do so. I swapped across to Titan after being with O2 for years and Titan are in a completely different league. They:
a) Always answer the phone first time.
b) Always work to resolve issues very quickly.
c) Have always been as helpful as possible.

Super service and support is really good, Phone and Broadband package is awsome i ping at 15ms to WOW servers, 16Mbs sync rate. Need i say more.

Having moved from Nildram I couldn't believe my luck. Titan support replied to my emails within minutes and the online network status is actually updated in real time. Until migrating I was thinking real ISPs no longer exists, but it looks Titan is one of them.
Highly recommended.

Not sure what is happening at the moment, but they are not answering emails nor do they have a working telephone. Maybe I am just 'unlucky' but over the last 3 months I have had a lot of trouble contacting them. Very frustrating, as otherwise they are brilliant. Fingers crossed this is temporary.

Would I get them again? YES

Could I recommend them? (sadly) NO, but then they still beat the vast majority of BB suppliers, as their product (if not the support at the moment) is fit for purpose.
