There are no words to express my dismay at the experience I have had with Y3K. Their after sale service is beyond appalling. They can only exist and carry on selling because London is a huge place and people don't easily know what a bunch of cheaters they are. Expensive products when one realises they are not even worth half of what they cost. No real support after installation, never matter how many times one calls them telling them that something is wrong or it is not working. All the excuses are good for not replacing the useless stuff they sell! Absolutely awful!!!

Bought camera systems off Y3K. Very good on price and quality. BUT there customer service and tech support is an absolute joke. Sent back a faulty DVR, which they "repaired" - started having the same problems again a few months later. Sent it back again and was promised a brand new DVR - 3 weeks later I recevied back the same DVR. When I have this problem sorted, if I ever do, I will never deal with Y3K again.

Sent three emails asking for their advice on DVR,s, still waiting for a reply.
Would definitely not buy from Y3K CCTV Solutions

Y3K CCTV Solutions an ok company that has a good spread of products but unfortunately my experiences have not all been great, initially they try but support wanes.
- good range
- easy access
- have their own brand
- budget products are poor quality
- bad support at times
- often out of stock

I used Y3K CCTV Solutions last month and cannot recommend them as I received a poor quality service. I will now keep on trying to get them to do an appropriate follow up.

I would like to support this comment as I feel that the DVR's are cheap unreliable products that they are churming out to us and waiting to go wrong with a poor after care service in tatters awaiting our fate..........
