My Indesit Frost Free Fridge Freezer, rattles, switches off, has to be left for 10 mins then restarted, for how long only god knows, had for 3 years and would never buy Indesit again.

I bought an Indesit C239NF 7 years ago and it was the worst purchase I ever made without question. Every year when it started to warm up outside, the freezer would stop working. Fortunately I had taken an extended warranty out and an engineer would come out every year to fix it. It had a new compressor, 2 new circuit boards, a blockage in a valve cleared etc ... each time it would work again until the next year. I would rate it as less than a zero but the stars here dont show that. Its now been replaced with a wonderful working Samsung!

Hmmmm ... What I'd have liked to know before buying it .... DONT TOUCH INDESIT OR HOTPOINT FRIDGE-FREEZERS WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!

I have tried to get my money back from the start.I have pics of ice 12" wide by18"long by 2inches deep taken out of a FROST FREE FREEZER.FOUR TIMES IT HAS BEEN FIXED.and I am still stuck with it.I am now looking for a fridge that is NOTt frost free.It has been so noisy
cracking and banging all the time...Indesit engineers dont care at all.
