Mis Leading Sales
Saw a cruise (reference 777812)on the Cruise Direct website regarding P&O Brittania sailing 14th Sept 2015. Sent email to them seeking more info on a Balcony cabin IB priced at £1263 (best price I had seen). Had to supply all my info for them to ring me back and low and behold, their Lady rep stated that the IB cabin had obstructed view. Even though I was on their webpage when she rang me, I told her she was wrong all to no avail.
Be careful they price cheaper than others then comes the sting

First time booking with this cruise company. They gave us the best price and the service was second to none. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone and will be using them again for my next cruise.
Cruise Direct Aka Barrhead Travel
Called regarding a cruise package back in May 2013. Was told flights weren't released yet and that I should pay a deposit to hold rooms if reasonable flights were found I could get my deposit back. I received no receipt for my money no email confirmation no invoice. I called constantly and was told a receipts details of holiday would be sent out. I received nothing also the flight bought the holiday up to double the price so I decided to cancel back in September 13. I was told the original advisor is the only person that could sort it out and he would give me a call back. I received no call. I called constantly and was told no messages were put on my account and my advisor will call me back. I received no calls. I decide to write to head office informing them that I wanted to cancel and the reasons why. I received no calls no correspondence from Barrhead head office acknowledging my complaint. So I decided to call them they did not apologise for the way I had been treated infact they did not care and they told me I would not be receiving my deposit back. This company totally ripped me off and fed me false information. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and I would not recommend this company to anybody!!

Our Royal Caribbean Cruise Went Perfectly
We used Cruise Direct at the beginning of the year to book our Easter Cruise. We'd spent some time looking online for a Royal Caribbean Cruise that went around the Barbados area. We have friends there you see.
Anyway, It was fairly difficult to find exactly what we wanted using the other agents however Cruise Direct managed to source us an outside cabin on the Independence of the Seas. (We had been told it was fully booked)
Anyway, we were made up, probably the best Cruise liner in the Caribbean and we ended up on it.
What luck, Cruise Direct were really helpful and efficient.

Msc Fantasia, I Was Lucky To Cruise On This S
MSC Fantasia,
I was lucky to cruise on this ship from 02/07/09 untill 05/07/09 what a fantastic ship this is. I was staying in one of the 99 yacht club suites, this is a 5* way to travel.
As well as all your food being free this also includes all your drinks which can range from soft drinks, wine, cocktails and spirits. The cabin are very spacious, you have Egyption cotton sheets on the bed, you can also choose the type of pillow you require,a bathrobe and slippers all included for the time of your stay. There is a flat screen t.v. radio and wei for playing games.Not to mention the lovely Butler who's name was San. He looks after all your needs which even includes you laundry.

Quick To Find Prices And Availability With Cruised
Quick to find prices and availability with CruiseDirect, however they were the most expensive company that I tried. Good Knowledge too.
