The website showed the item I needed was in stock so I travelled a 60 mile round trip to the store to only be told it was a computer stocking in error! Waste of time and petrol. Like many others I’ve suffered from cancelled click and collect orders (no actual stock) and online orders for delivery where they take your money and then…….silence. When pushed they will claim that it’s “lost in transit, can’t provide a replacement as there’s no stock” all the while their website will say they do have stock. If I could give NO stars i would. This company is a disgrace and shouldnt be in operation. They are very quick to send the customary emails of order & out for delivery . and there it ends. The customer service and communication for online orders is beyond ridiculous. After placing an online order with 18 items totaling over £100, go outdoors slowly refunded my order through 9 separate part refunds over 3 days without telling me anything. Welcome to the club this company online offering is absolutely rubbish have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order. I have try ringing you just get cut off 10times so far. Have sent emails automated reply saying will get back to me and guess one no reply will now have to get my money back bis paypal another pain to add to the other.

Sorry to hear of your issues. unfortunately i never got the goods i wanted and it took a while. But they did finally get back to me and have refunded me the cost of the membership card any associated postage, plus the cost of the goods never received. I would suggest to keep emailing them and post on their facebook page and to create a review on here as it does seem to get their attention. I hope you get your goods.

On the 6th July 2020 I ordered 2 pairs of walking boots cost of £333.00 to be delivered to Peterborough shop. In a time of online shopping this company is in the dark ages. Order an item which is accepted and money taken which would mean they have stock.
