DO NOT ORDER! Item was sent with Evri who are notoriously poor for deliveries. Arrived a month late and damaged. Requested a replacement was sent and was told I could only return and then get a refund and re-order. This means I have to pay postage over again. I also cannot return as a printer is required for all return options near me and we do not have a printer. Requested a manager contacted me and have been completely ignored. Terrible customer service and will be reporting to Trading Standards.

I tried the boots in store (with the help of a very competent and enthusiastic girl) and then ordered them online. Boots were ordered on a Wednesday evening and delivered by DHL on the following Monday. It was easy to keep track of parcel as Millets supplied a link to DHL tracking system. As a bonus, boots were delivered by a woman so I know there was no way she would have thrown the parcel into her van, all her parcels were neatly stacked up!
Finally, as well as the boots I ordered another item and both were very well packed and other item came protected in bubble wrap.
So I guess that just goes to show that things can go right, and that probably very few happy customers actually bother writing reviews!

Disgusted, ordered before 12 on Wednesday paid for express delivery, its now Friday pm no goods. After speaking with Customer Services the parcel had been lost by DHL (although I got an e-mail stating they were using royal mail?? including a tracking number which did not work. Poor poor excuses and not good enough when you're paying £7.00 for delivery charges.
I will not shop at Millets ever again!!

Ordered next day delivery - what a joke. I had to chase the call centre twice.
Order still has not been delivered - several days late and I have now had to cancel my holiday as have not received what i need to go away.
Extremely angry - will not be using their online service again.

Ordered items on line on 23rd December
Said had to wait 5-7 working days
Then told might be with me by 10th January
Now lost confidence in them

I feel Millets Direct is an expensive store with poor customer service and proves that you don't always get what you pay for. I have always received goods more quickly from the USA than I have from this company and I live in the UK.
