Finding the experience of resolving issue with Customer Service a nightmare. Ordered battery from website, not arrived and receiving differing excuses why. Appears their Customer Services is overwhelmed with customers ringing them. Notice there is no place to leave customer comments on their own service only products… Read Full Review

“Not good at handling faulty goods.”

The first problem was the non delivery of a driver I purchased. They informed that i needed to sign for the delivery and I duly booked time off work to be home when it arrived. I rang a couple of times to ask on the day at what time it would be delivered DG said it was on its way. At 5:00pm i rang again and they said there was a problem with the delivery company. It was out of their hands. I got the club delivered to another address but not once did anyone from DG apologise or accept… Read Full Review

“Poor service”

Have bought plenty of equipment here but it is the only online store which has close to zero service after your order is made. Many times i have contacted them to ask for outstanding orders, or remind them to process the order or even made sure they send it to the address indicated on the order. So far they have failed in every aspect. The only time they reply fast is if they can sell you something after inquiry. Go to another web page instead if they have the same equipment… Read Full Review
