I have used Wiggle many times in the past (last order number 6211246733). I find the only gripe with Wiggle is that site prices are not competitive. For example, on Christmas day I ordered a pair of Shimano Xtr M988 Disk brake lever and PM callipers but I went with a competitor because Wiggle was priced at 168 (each brake) and the competitor was 126 (each – Chain Reaction with 10 pound Discount code). Also ordered a pair of pedals and in total would have been 100 pounds more expensive to have used Wiggle (site prices) compared with competitor. I know they offer price promise where they state they offer the best value in the UK, but it would be better if they offered the best prices without the hassle of emailing competitors information which isn’t always convenient. I consider Wiggle has better customer service, warranty, etc and have good product range but if they sorted their site prices out I think they could clean up on the competition. It is surely better to go with a firm that offers the best prices without a price match as there wouldn’t be a better deal without the original firm making the offer, hence the one making the offer deserves the customer. The majority of the orders I made to Wiggle last year were from the Pricedrop site. The pricedrop site at Wiggle offers prices better than any other store. But site prices at Wiggle are uncompetitive. The majority of parts/gear I sourced last year was from the competition and often the prices were at their regular site prices. If Wiggle had had better prices I would have shopped with them.

Sometimes they are fantastic - vfm, great products and prices super fast delivery. Other times (2 out of last 3 orders for me)......hmmmm! They'll send out a part order and leave you hanging until you complain. When you do it's a 'ok we'll cancel it then - we haven't charged you for the goods we haven't sent so its all ok' No it ISN'T ok. It's carp- if you show the item as 'in stock' then it should be 'in stock' - or are you telling me that 100 people ordered the same item at the same time as me?! If I wanted to go hunting around paying multiple shops lots of postage I would have done so. I also read their terms - and have to say one or two clauses are fair comment having been an online retailer myself - but they are not legal under the DSR2000. Shake yourselves up wiggle - you have a good reputation amongst cyclists but you'll lose it if you carry on with shoddy ordering services.

As above, but the bike arrived with a check sheet stating what had been checked as safe - clearly this had not been adhered to as the build quality was s**t. I had to take it to a proper bike shop to get minor things corrected. But to be fair, wiggle paid my bill.

I recently purchased a pair of 'Nike Free Run+ 2' from Wiggle.co.uk. I was greatly surprised by the fantastic prices. Living in Australia, all Nike goods are about double the cost of what they were on the website. I ordered the shoes and all was well, because of the free shipping there was no tracking number. The shoes arrived in a week, and everything was as I ordered. My dad liked the shoes so much that he decided to buy his own pair of 'Nike Free Run+ 2'. These took 3 weeks to arrive, and they had sent out the wrong pair, instead they sent 'Nike Free 3.0'. There are far better websites to use, unless you want to take a gamble on these guys. They have no after-sales assistance, so watch out for that. Conor.

They were doing fine, prices were OK, shipping to Ukraine was cheap. And now, after they gave me "Wiggle Gold Customer" status, they just ignore my requests.
First was - add back Ukraine to the list of shipping countries (I have 50+ feedback on eBay, and only fastest shipping from UK!! What's the problem, Wiggle?!)
Second one - wanted to pay with my friend's PayPal account in other Country, but they'd ship only to PayPal address. On my requesting email to change this behavior, they just jumped on the "security" issue, HOWEVER eBay allows to choose different address as easy as it can be.
Company is ok in the matter of buying stuff. But if you ever have any problems - they pee on you. Goodbye.
