I have bought some boots from Pro Direct, but I have not recived an order confirmation. Is it possible to get a new order confirmation if I send them a mail? please help!
I am starting to get a little worried. this is the second week I`m waiting for my boots. it`s the first time I`m bying from them and I think it`s the last too. I will not take a chance like this again.

They didn't refund my sons money for soooo long I had to contact them by phone. I didn't check the number out and was charged almost £5 for a couple of minutes from a landline!! If this happens to you (my guess is that it will) try saynoto0870 for an alternative number.
