“Advertising with MCN Classified.”

The process of placing an advert on MCN's website is quite straight forward. I like the fact that they do a check on your bike before approving the advert. This gives confidence to the buyer and therefore encourages customers to view the site. Payment is easy and secure. It is easy to upload photographs and the fact that the advert is on for six weeks represents better value than Ebay. The only minor criticism is that I would have liked to post more photographs than the six allowed.

“MCN Bike Insurance”

The customer service advisor (Tim Ladyman) was extremely helpful and gave me the best price for the cover I needed. He was very thorough explaining all the benefits of insuring with MCN including a number of free perks I'd not expect, like track day cover, other bike cover and a courtesy bike if needed. I insured both my bikes for less than the cost of renewing just one with my previous insurer (Just Motorcycle Insurance). This goes to show once again that renewal quotes are always far higher than they need to be. Good Job Tim.
