Ford UK are one of the single most unhelpful, and deliberately obstructive, companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. All of the Ford UK "customer service" staff could easily be replaced by one server, which responds to any received emails with "sorry, can't help you, speak to your dealer". No matter what you ask them, regardless of how simple a query, that's the only (absolutely infuriating) response I've ever received from them. Every other manufacturer is happy to answer the same questions, what are you trying to hide Ford, or do you really care that little about your customers? Needless to say it's the last Ford I'll be buying...I simply don't trust you...

According to the general manager at Trustford Ashton Bristol it's acceptable to replace your whole instrument cluster - that's effectively your whole dashboard display - every 3 or 4 years. He doesn't start to describe these people. In a reply to an email to the Chairman and MD of Ford UK the reply was that Trustford are the experts - so no help there either. AVOID.

Dodgy cars from new. Dodgy service and a dodgy attitude to customers. Example a 3p rubber seal goes in the slave cylinder, which is now hidden inside the bellhousing of the gearbox. So it turns a 30 minute cheap repair into a nightmare of over £1000 pounds, cos you have to take the gearbox out and whilst its out it makes sense to change the clutch too. Has to be one of the biggest rip offs ever, an inbuilt designed sham that ensures the customer is fleeced at every turn. I'd rather buy a horse then deal with these idiots again.

Hi all if you are thinking about buying a car from trust ford please be aware of what happens in the show room. They give you a deal and then tell you that you are getting a number of free items. When your finance papers come through you discover that that have increased the term of your loan by two months which means you are in fact paying for it.
