After a month my newply purchased car developed a batter fault. Within a day Available car Sutton in Ashfield had checked it and replaced the battery, no fuss or bother. It's nice to know they put things right without any quibbles.

Totally stress free, very friendly and helpful staff from the reception through to the test drive guys and the guys who handle the buying process. It was because of the way the problems we experienced with our first car a few years ago were resolved that we've been back twice more. On that occasion, the car had a fault with the EGR valve which eventually had to go back to the dealer network for rectification. Each time it went back, we were given a courtesy car without even having to ask and when it was fixed, we covered about 90k miles with no problems. For me, that's how you judge companies and in this case their handling of the situation made us real advocates. A few days ago we bought a BMW from the Sutton branch. No pressure, the car was ready for the test drive at the time we booked and was fully prepared. The buying process was hassle free and the collection was very professional, we had a thorough inspection of the car before the buying process was started. That took about 20 mins and off we went! Couldn't have been better at all. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am picking my 62 astra vxr up tomorow and cant wait the reception team are so friendly and helpful at the store and on the phone i test drove the astra then proceeded to buy then changed my mind which they didnt mind at all i found another car from available car but at a different site they brought it to my local site test drove that one then decided on the astra would realy like to thank the sales person that helped me and the guy who took me on the test drives

Great customer service. Not yet picked up the car as there are a few bits to do so hopefully all will be well. I never felt pressured and had full control over buying what I wanted.The staff at reception are wonderful. It says I cannot name staff which is a shame. Lovely fun service thank you.

We saw a car at the Cannock site but we needed it moving to our local site in Leeds at a refundable cost of just £100.00. We phoned them after 9pm Sunday evening to arrange this. The car was at Leeds by late Monday evening. Hows that for service. We arranged for a viewing and test drive for the Thursday. First class meet and great from reception staff, showroom clean and tidy. Excellent extra long test drive with no rush or pressure to get back and sign on the dotted line. When we returned to the showroom we were left alone to view the car in our own time. When we agreed we wanted the car we discussed the paint and interior protection. We decided not to opt for this product(no pressure sales)we were then handed over to the sales team manager. He covered the usual items, finance, GAP, warranty again no pressure at all just covering all angles so we were aware of what they offered. We arranged a time for collection on Tuesday @ 18.00. We were in Leeds early on Thursday and contacted them to see if we could call earlier. We managed to get a 16.30 slot. Very straight forward handover of the car by a very polite member of staff. Car was cleaned and MOT'ed as discussed at the viewing. Drove it home, what a car. First class car and service thank you Available Cars. Would use again without question.

Having been looking for a specific SUV model for some time, and after bad experiences with two main dealers (poor service and aggressive salesmen), we were getting a bit fed up with looking for cars! We had been into Available car a few times to check out the different SUVs before deciding which one to buy and always really appreciated the fact that staff leave you alone unless you need help. So when our ideal car appeared on the website we were really pleased. The car was in Leeds and I rang up the day it appeared to ask for it to be moved to Sutton. From the start the staff were friendly and helpful and they made it clear that although we paid a deposit there was no pressure to buy. They moved it within a week and we went over to view, being made fully aware that it had not yet been through their preparation system. When we went to test drive we were met by a friendly professional assistant who gave us time to look around on our own before taking us out. There was absolutely no 'hard sell' or pressure at all and he was completely up front about one very tiny bit of body damage (stone chip) that they wouldn't be able to fix. Once we decided to buy, the whole process was so easy - the price on the car is what you pay (£500 cheaper than main dealer) and they offered a good price for my car, so no haggling needed, which was fantastic. All the paperwork is very clear and the salesman explained everything. They do offer you some rather overpriced extras like paint protection and gap insurance, but again absolutely no pressure if you don't want them. When I collected the car the process was quick and efficient but very clearly explained with time to read the paperwork before signing. This is the first time I have bought from Available Car, but the whole process (especially removing the need to haggle with salesmen) was so stress free I will definitely do so again.

I purchased a car 9 weeks ago that decided to fail on me. It had just gone over the 3000 mile warranty limit because of an unexpected trip to Scotland. Unfortunately after looking up the finer details of the warranty I realised I wasn't't covered as I was over the mileage limit despite being within the 3 month warranty. Despite this they didn't hesitate to help me. They arranged free recovery home of my vehicle within the hour, and then free transport to Castle Donington the next day where they repaired it, road tested it, valeted it, kept in daily contact with me and was ready two days earlier than expected. The staff provided me with excellent customer service and I'm delighted to have the car back in full working order. AvailableCcar could have stuck rigidly to their warranty, taken forever to repair it or treated me as an afterthought but they were professional, efficient and extremely pleasant in all my dealings with them. It's rare to receive such excellent customer service but in this case they absolutely deserve their five stars. They've got their priorities right - give good service and you get repeat custom and recommendations. A big well done to the staff at AvailableCar.com. Cars break down - it happens, It's how the dealer responds to it that counts, and in this case they couldn't have provided me with any better a service than what they provided.. They can teach a thing or two to other companies out there who treat after-sales as an afterthought. The reason I went to them in the first place was because they leave you alone to browse cars at your own pace. There's nothing worse than being hassled by someone who doesn't understand what you want and are only interested in their commission. However, the the whole process has been the perfect example of how it should be done. Well done the Castle Donington team.

Contacted Available Car about Antara that had arrived to themselves, but not on show yet ,The young man at Rainbows (who was very helpful)said he could arrange the car to come over to main sales at Cannock for us to test drive. We went to the car sales ,who are all very friendly staff,We took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it ,we dealt with a young man who had only been with them a few weeks ,but was very knowledgeable,of the car and extra products you could Purchase.For completion of our sale we dealt with one of the managers ,who again gave excellant service ,and was very friendly and knowledgeable , We never felt pressurised .We went back a week later to pay and collect the car ,and again received excellant service by the gentleman we dealt with ,and he answered any questions about the car we forgot to ask when we went for a test drive .So well done Available Car CANNOCK ,excellant friendly staff ,no pressure sales ,just what we like ,defiantly come and purchase from you again when we need to change the car. We have had the car only a few days ,but enjoying it .

Iv been needing to get a new car for a fair while now and my dream car has ALWAYS been a Mini....thanks to Available Car at Sutton in Ashfield my dream has come true and I'm now driving a Mini Cooper S!! After finding one on there website one late afternoon, I rang straight away and spoke to a very helpful bloke who went through the part exchange with me then said someone would ring me back shortly, which they did within half hour, went through the finance questions and then the following day had a phone call for the go ahead, booked an appointment to go see the car as I live nearly 2 hours away. Yesterday afternoon was the day I went to see the car and I literally fell in love with it! I was greeted by lovely members of staff who were all so helpful and kind, went through all paperwork, I paid a deposit with my part exchange deducted from it and I drove away a very happy girl with my dream car!! Thank you Available Car! X I did read some reviews on here before i went to pick my car up and nearly backed out, but after some thought i realised every company is going to have a fair share of bad reviews as you can't please everyone! So do not be put of by people's bad experiences. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with at Sutton in Ashfield were so nice and friendly, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Sorry this review is a bit late...but just had to tell you about my very very positive experience purchasing a car from Available Car Cannock So I knew what car I was after, searched Available Cars website found the car I wanted at there Cannock branch, then it was this simple Phoned to book test drive...turned up was given time to look over the car...I'm an engineer in the automotive industry, so went over it with a fine tooth comb, went back into showroom to meet the lady who arranged test drive...took test drive loved the car..was introduced to a sales manager...went through all available options chose to have front parking sensors fitted,and also chose extended warranty, got valuation on my part exchange, paid a deposit and made arrangement to collect car a couple of days later, collected car paid balance drove away that simple. Next day warning light came up on dashboard. took it back to Available car, within an hour they had it in and out the garage and we were back on the road, following week another warning light, took it back, was told they would need to keep it a day or two, no problem was given a courtesy car whilst car was kept for 2 days, car was returned as and when stated with part replaced, absolutely no hassle, couldn't recommend this experience to anyone enough...so much so that we will be going back in a year or 2 to replace both mine and my partners car...

I've have a great experience with a Honda Civic I purchased from Available Car Cannock. Lots of very tidy cars in price range, helpful and very professional sales staff. The sales team don't tell you just what you want to hear, there very honest and to the point. The Car had a few very minor issues that I pointed out not expecting them to be addressed when I collected the car, on collection I'm pleased to say they had sorted the issues. All in all I really could not have been happier with my experience of buying a car from Available Car Cannock. Thanks too the two guys for a top job and for getting it turned round in the few days left before Christmas.

I found a Focus I wanted to buy from them, and after a test drive paid them a deposit. The next day I found a similar car that was my preferred colour at a Ford dealer, but it was over £1000 more expensive. However, to my surprise, the dealer said they'd match AC's price, so I bought it. AC could justifiably have been pretty upset with me, but instead they were thoroughly good-natured about it, and even refunded my deposit, which they certainly didn't have to! I was very impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and genuine helpfulness, and wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them in the future.

Have just purchased our 4th car from Available, or 1st was from Castle Donington 10 years ago and following 3 from Sutton, (2 in the last 2 months). Each time we've been to Available they have left us to look around all the cars on our own and haven't hassled us or been pushy. Service on each purchase has been excellent, each purchase made easy and all necessary information explained well, along with being given instructions on what we needed to do prior to/on the day of handover (tax, insurance, id needed on the day etc). Our first 2 cars were both reliable and well prepared and we had no major problems with either car, just the normal wear and tear issues that come with age and use. We're hoping our latest cars are just as good. We only got one key with one of our recent purchases but have now got an appointment to have or second key coded next week. I'd certainly recommend Available Car to others.

Just been collected our car from there Castle Donington site, all I can say is brilliant. They were so friendly from start to finish. I could not believe how many cars they had for sale, and how well prepared they are. There collections team were brilliant, they were so friendly and helpful. They really are the place to buy a car from. All I can say is people love to moan on here and not many like to say nice things. But I could not fault them. Well I'm sure a lot of people just moan for nothing! We've just brought a lovely kuga from there Cannock site. From start to finish the staff were great. Not pushy on anything. Have had the car for 1week and have got two issues with it so I phoned them up and it's booked in to be sorted, I will definitely be returning ;)

My husband and I bought a Volkswagon Tiguan from Available Car in Cannock. It developed a problem (as any car can)!! At the time we weren't sure if the fault was small or large but at no point did any member of staff that we spoke to try and pass off the problem as ours. Available Car agreed to diagnose the fault and once they had diagnosed the problem, agreed to fix it free of charge. We delivered it to our nearest Available Car (which wasn't the branch we had bought it from)on the Wednesday and it was ready to collect by Saturday, they had even washed it. We had a telephone call every day to advise us of what was happening and everyone we spoke to was courteous and helpful. When we bought it, the process was thorough. It did take a little while to go through all the stages but then we were spending a substantial amount of money. The soft play centre and Lego table entertained our children whilst we both had a test drive and completed the official bits. If I had read the reviews on here in advance, I might not have used Available Car but I'm glad I did as the other two companies we viewed cars through could certainly learn a lot from Available Car. They would certainly be my first choice when buying a second hand car in future.

Have just bought our second car from Available Car. Every aspect of our search and purchase a pleasure and very efficient including having a car brought from another site. Particularly valued being given space to discuss our choice in private and once having made a decision the admin was dealt with quickly and professionally. On collection day we were contacted by phone to check that we had all the right paperwork. The day after collection we discovered that the front fog lamps were not working. We were invited to return the car immediately and the fault was sorted at once. Would recommend Available Car to anyone.
