Gala bingo has the best customer support that i have come across. I had a problem with the welcome bonus and the agent that was handling my case his name is Raavi this man was so helpfull and very professional. Long story short he solved my case fast and what i thought it was going to have a negative result Raavi turned it in to a miracle a very positive result at the end. Thats what i call customer support if only there would be more Raavis out there. I highly reccomend gala bingo.

I have been playing with Gala bingo I have made deposits and withdrawals before but this time I have made a withdrawal off £1,400 and they sent me an email saying I needed to send them proof off documents which I did send them, they have replied to me saying my account has been locked and my money is being seized for whatever reason they haven’t said anything this has happened around 2 weeks ago now and still trying to contact them via email and they replied back that they can’t give me no more information due to some business issues so I don’t know where elf to forward this but don’t recommend Gala bingo to anyone.

Stopped me playing free bingo because I opened another bingo site there sister site already had put limit on my account for some reason than asked me for tax return forms I already told you I am retired on a private pension and I already gave you drivers license and a utility bill so in the end I closed my account please don’t give me any rubbish about kyc and the gaming board I worked for many years in a casino I advise people to stay away from this site

This is a terrible site it will give you one payout and then after that it’s not even fun to play. I don’t want to get rich from gambling as that’s bull. The only person who wins at the end of the day is the freak who made the game. For average people who are not rich and just want to play for fun with a 15 to 20 pound deposit at 20p spins it’s still bends you over backwards it’s a joke. And I have finally give in if your not rich and just an average person forget this site

Hello I deposited £10 and won £90 gala paid me my winnings I’ve deposited £10 here and there and won small amounts but on 3rd July I deposited £10 and won £1830 and they closed my account and kept my winnings just say it section 7 but why not close my account before? Or when I first opened it? Why when I win the biggest amount I’ve ever won on the site? Has anyone else had this and still got there winnings? They are ok taking your money but don’t want to pay out.

hi iannlib2014 igot bullied bad on galabingo online by roomies and gala did nothing but gave me a ban that why i dont like galaonline anymore but if u wanna pley on there u can u culd try live help and ask them why your password not working they mey help u but notsure if they dont help wat u can do then sorry gl

hi macey123 have u tried asking thechathosts or live help on gala too see why u not got the bonus and did u use the 10pounds on bingo tickets only too as if they sed u get 45quid theyshuld full fill there agreement gl geting gala online to listen too u as they not that good sorry gl
