Seems like it was a good idea that didn't really take off. Doesn't seem to work now, as a previous reviewer said, the website doesn't open.

Absolute rubbish!! I have looked at Sell It On The Coast from day 1, and living on the coast thought "Great" no more high postage costs to get books, clothes, furniture etc over from Ebay UK. I think that every time I have popped in for a look, the same 20 items are listed. There is not 1 book in the book category,not 1 item of clothing, but there is , properties to rent, and adult movies! I am reluctant to even list anything, as it doesn't look like anyone ever buys anything, (who wants to browse the same 20 or so items every week!!?) and then it cost me a fee for nothing. I emailed them to suggest there should be a free listing period, just to get people on there and selling, but nothing. And lo and behold, today, you can't even get the web address to open . A really great idea, but badly organised.

Sell It On The Coast is the best online auction site in Spain. Its probably the only one that has ever worked.
