Did not order did not receive product and my cc was charged!!!!

Ordered health supplements for my sister overseas.

- the lesser issue: website is somewhat primitive; no shipment tracking whatsoever

- the costliest issue: apparently in the target country the supplements require custom duties and health authorities approval. My sister ended up paying those fees plus handling charges to the local shipping company. It literally doubled the price of the supplement.

There weren't any warning/fine print/disclaimer on the site advising on the possible additional fees and charges. Nada.

- even bigger issue: the shipment arrived in a regular packaging, no cooler. My sister made an inquiry and the delivery clerk said that it was kept in the room temperature while custom clearing procedures went on.

- HUGE issue: they are rude and they lie. I contacted customer service and described two problems: the additional charges and the situation with customs.

- I maintained they should've advise me about the existence of additional charges IF they offer international shipping. They firmly denied any responsibility at all, saying more or less "None of our business"

- They assured me that the product should not be refrigerated and that they verified with the manufacturer. PURE LIE. I contacted the manufacturer directly and got an opposite answer: the product should be refrigerated all the time.

BTW, Nutriglow product description mentions NOTHING about storage requirements.

Bottom line: I paid twice the price of the product and my sister threw it to garbage. Never buying anything from them again.

Very slow service and short rude e-mails would not use again

First time I ordered with Nutriglow I placed my order through Amazon. A few days after I had placed the order I was informed that one of the two products was not in stock even though Nutriglow had marked the order as complete and despatched! No explanation as to why they had done this, just a partial refund. The products I ordered continued to show as available on Amazon for days afterwards.

The second time I ordered with Nutriglow through eBay, many months later, and was told the same thing only this time neither of the two products I ordered were in stock. Again, no explanation just a refund. At the time of writing this the products I ordered are still showing as available and listed on eBay.

I only realised this was the same company when I went and checked the company details on Amazon against eBay.

Avoid this company. They lure you in with cheap prices and advertise products they do not have.

Have ordered an item, after one week of waiting recieved a letter that the item (pretty expensive one, over 50 pounds) was not in stock. Some days later recieved confirmation of dispatch by first class post (supposed to be delivered within 1 or 2 working days), but now waiting for more than a week, item is not here yet! I wonder if it is a real fraud! And customer service doesnt reply to my letters! Awful.

Better website than most selling supplements etc, offering plenty of detailed information on product descriptions and wide range also. Customer service was excellent at sorting out a minor problem quickly and to my satisfaction, would happily shop from there again. Prices pretty competitive for quality brands and post free as my order over £15. I hope everyone gets this standard of service, my items were in stock so can't confirm delays if item not stocked.

I would not use this website again. It doesn't state if items are in stock or not, so once you place an order, you can be waiting a lot longer than other webites to receive goods. I think it's only fair for the order to go through if items are in stock and if not be given the option to purchase elsewhere. I only found out my item was out of stock once I made telephone enquiries. Get your act together Nutriglow!

I have found the company to be efficient, diverse, helpful and have provided me with exactly what I have wanted, when I wanted it. I regularly recommend this company to others.
