Pre sales a little Rocky, however after sales 5*+. Few snagging issuse rectified fast, after care team very professional. No matter how small my concern was I was always treat with care and absolute respect. Each job raised was alway resolved without hesitation from miller homes. My purchase has been a delight I am so proud of my home and the support given by this company's no quibble approach. I would happily buy from them again and strongly recommend miller homes.

Overall we have been very pleased with the quality and standard of our Miller home in Leicestershire. Very few snagging issues were found and the house was more than ready when we moved in. The finish was excellent. Any issues found, such as a creaking floorboard, slight movement in the bottom step on the staircase and the bath not being sealed correctly have been resolved and were done so quickly. The biggest issue was the garden but as we didn't pay for the garden to be done for us we can't complain too much. Extra drainage was installed on our driveway in front of the garage without any problems after we pointed out that a lot of water was getting under the door due to the driveway sloping just a little in that direction. No regrets in buying from Miller Homes at all

We just a very good experience buying a new house from Miller Homes. I know some horror stories but Miller were great and staff and workmen were very friendly.
Hardly any problems when we moved in and any problems we did have were fixed within days.
