hii have had my lazy spa for 1 month and find it fun for my gran kids
and very relaxing for me and my husband when they have gone home
it has taken us a while to get the water right and have now got
clear water. i find the shock treatment does a good job. i also found the zip a pain i spent 2 hr finding the best way to close it and now manage to close it with no problem
you need to pull the cover to far over the tub and tilt the zip grip down it closes a treat now no probs

I Purchased A Lay Z Spa Ealier This Month And I Am
I purchased a lay z spa ealier this month and I am delighted with it in terms of value for money and the fun it affords but oh! the zip covet is a nightmare. I thought it would get easier with use but if anything its even harder to close. So far two injuured finger tips and four broken nails - does anyone have any suggestions. I would not have chosen a zip cover and indeed the picture I viewed appeared to be held down with clips.

Compared To The Earlier (blue) Model This One Is H
Compared to the earlier (blue) model this one is hopeless. The zip is a nightmare to do up, the lid is not as good at keeping the heat in (drops from 39' to 22' overnight), the heater turns off when you turn the blower on so the water rapidly cools (about 1' every 3 mins) and then you have to turn it back on manually. I would have another blue one but not this new gray one. Total waste of money.
i agree with this to a certain degree its not totally a waste of money, but by far not as good as the blue ones...and its not as high....

Hi Im Chris From Bvl Elecric, I Cover Bournem
Hi Im Chris From BVL Elecric,
I cover Bournemouth and surrounding areas and supply solutions to most home electrical problems.
A lovely lady customer called me out today to diagnose faulty
LAY-Z-SPA
pump/heater that kept tripping the RCD.
After scouring the net and finding this same problem over and over again but no solution,I decided to get personal with the blighter!!!
RESULT:- problem solved,
Customer very happy,
no new parts fitted,
water heating fine now.
If you live in my coverage area, have a LAY-Z-SPA that is faulty,no or limited warranty then give me a ring and I will be only to happy to come on over and fix it for a small fee.
just think that dead spa/pool heater/pump could be heating your water again tomorrow and there is plenty of summer left to enjoy it.
You can find my details quite easily , just google BVL Electric Bournemouth

I Brought The Series 2,its Lovely! Problem Is Read
i brought the series 2,its lovely! problem is reads error on pump(E.0.2,no flow).i did refer to the mnual, followed the instructions and it didin't fix the problem and even tried the reset button.only had it for 3 week and i was hoping it will last cause all thr reviews i seen, error occur, error occur!! it happened to me now.something is wrong with all the pumps.it shouldn't be on the market.it not worth the money if these things occur.i really do like the lay z spa,its perfect for having friends over and seeing them having a big smile on their faces, but it is a big dissappointment spending lot of money including spa treatment kit and filters.something something should be done about it that supplies lay z spa

Bought A Lay Z Spa On A Thursday, Got It Up And Wo
Bought a Lay z spa on a Thursday, got it up and working on the Saturday only to find the middle ring kept going down.
The after sales service is awful you can not get through.
I had to email them in the end at least i had a reply soon after. Real snotty manger whom i spoke too as well when they phone me back.
Mad thing was they asked me to cut the number out the bottom and send a photo before they would send a replacement. it was so i was telling the truth that it had a puncture. how sad is that, why would i say it had a puncture if it never? two liners are no good if you only have one pump and outer case.
Shame you can not take them back to the shop in which it was bought from. save a lot of hassle.
You dont expect to spend a few hundred pounds on something that is faulty in the first place.
All in all it is a fun item but like i said after sales are?

This Is My Second Season Using The Lay Z Spa, We H
This is my second season using the lay Z spa, we had great fun last year and after my friends used it they also invested in one. One thing I would say however is be careful when inflated the base. When I initially inflated it I found the seam to be split (Bestway kindly replaced it with a new liner). Just brought it out of storage and inflated it again this season and the seam has split in exactly the same place. There must be a weakness where the seam meets in the centre. If anything I recommend to under-inflate the base.
hi there my layz spa has split too but i threw it away. what proof did you have to give for them to send you another? thanks

I Have Bought A Lay Z Spa Series 2 Inflatable Hot
I have bought a Lay Z Spa series 2 inflatable hot tub and I'm pleased with it. I think it is a cheap option if you can't get a 'real' hot tub. I rate it high on Value for Money.
I'm trying to find out if I can use it through the English winter. Some websites say you can, others (including the manufacturer) say you can't. Has anyone actually tried it?
I can understand why you'd need to drain the water once the temperature drops to zero, that wouldn't be a problem. It's just that I'm hoping I'll be able to leave the tub set up all year round. The pump/heater unit is enclosed in a wooden box and the thick canvas covers will be left on the tub and it will be drained when the temperature is getting near freezing.
I guess the question is will the English winter damage the PVC? Has anyone got any experience of this?
Thanks.

I Bought A Bestway Lay Z Spa Series Ii And I Think
I bought a Bestway Lay z Spa Series II and I think they are good cheap fun! The only thing I would like if it got a bit hotter, the thermostat gives a certain temperature, but I don't think it reaches that? It remains excellent fun though to have this inflatable hot tub jacuzzi.
Q&A
Got my hot tub out after a year away, it was clean and looked fine, but it seems to be letting our air very slowly, I don't think it has a puncture, it may be a valve... any ideas?
