The Egr Valve On My Vauxhall Zafira Design 1.9 Cdt
The EGR valve on my Vauxhall Zafira Design 1.9 CDTi Sept. 2006 model has packed up 3 times over the past 14 months - including twice in the past week ! The dealer and Vauxhall acknowledge that this is a common problem with their turbo diesels but do not yet have a permanent resolution. In view of the problems, I have lost all faith in the car / Vauxhall
Furthermore, despite doing a fair amount of motorway driving, the mpg has been considerably lower than I had expected to achieve.
Very fair - my car has had same and other problems - costs over £3000 in three years on fault fixing alone - excluding servicing and normal costs.
