Good Quality Products At Great Prices

Delivered ahead of schedule and at a lower cost than the High Street. Scarpa Mojito Bio Walking Shoes were purchased. The shoe quality is excellent, and it is quite comfortable. Beautiful shoes at a reasonable price with outstanding service Thank you very much.

Worst Service

Their so-called service department is by far the worst I've dealt with yet. They take as much as a week to answer your messages and when they do they don't address anything in your message, rather restating the same lines like a bot. Don't buy the BS 5-star review kool-aid

They Sent Me The Wrong Color And Size

They are not willing to refund me for the shoes and the shipping return because I filled a claim with my bank since they were not answering my emails. I can't believe companies like this are in business specially after reading other reviews from people buying from them. I filed a complaint with ecommerce.gov and I am going to write them a review on Facebook as well so other people cannot get taken in by them.

Merrell Moab Gtx Shoes Review - Fitness Footwear

Received my Merrell Moab GTX Shoes the Next Day via UPS after placing my order online at 11.40 the previous morning. Very impressed with delivery service.

When i received the shoes i found them to be packaged well and in their original box with a dispatch note. There was no damage to box which is good.

The shoes themselves are excellent and i have taken them up into the lakeland fells almost every weekend since. The Gore Tex liner is still performing and i dont find the shoes overheat.

Good description of the product on the web page along with a full specification. On of the things i was impressed with was the range of colour options available in my size.

Pricing was very competitive and i found all of the email correspondence clear and concise.

Would definitely recommend this site to a friend.

I Have Returned Items. I Have Had No Response And No Refund

The items - North Face Hedgehog Sandals, Demitasse Brown Total cost £34.94 did not fit correctly.

The items were returned next post and a refund was requested.

I tried emailing but the emails were not deliverable.

I tried phoning.

I have written a letter explaining all the details of the returned items.

I have received no response to any of my requests.

Now I see the company appears to have gone bust and I have given them my money and have no goods.

This is stealing. Why are we not protected in law?

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a pair of Merrell shoes from Fitnessfirst only to find that they were the wrong size when they arrived. I quickly looked up their returns policy which described a returns form included in the packaging, which was no where to be found.

Many emails and phones calls later still no response at all from Fitnessfirst. Then a few days later the website describes themselves as "ceased trading" although you can check company house and see that Fitnessfirst is still listed as actively trading.

Now their website says "New site coming soon", if this is true then they sure are going to get a lot of angry emails when they come back.

Return Order & Ceased Trading

I ordered a pair of Merrels on Jul 5th, package that was delivered home in Belgium on Jul 7th was not the type of Merrell I ordered. Wrote immediately an email to report the wrong delivery and they asked to return the package and they would send the correct one, once goods returned. My return was back in the UK by the 19th and by then my requested type and size were no longer in stock as they did not reserve this at the moment I advised them about the error :-( (bad company sevice I would say!). But the same day I got a full refund via PayPall on the costs. The same evening, I checked the website again, and my type and size were in stock??? So I immidiately ordered this item again and within minutes the Pay Pall order was confirmed by email from Fitness Footwear and Pay Pall. And the price was even cheaper than the first order. Withn 15 minutes, I checked the website again to order maybe another pair of Merrels (my favorite branch by far) and found out that my just ordered type and size were again sold out and the 'ceased trading' banner was on the website!!! I was confused how all this could happen within 15min. Even more the next daybecause the dispatching of my order was confirmed by email but on the tracking page of my order the goods were (and are) still not yet shipped??? As we had national holiday last week and post service was not running as it should I was wondering for this outcome. Untill yesterday the correct pair and size were finally delivered. Now the company ceased trading but they have still loads of shoes on offer at great prices and also have still a confusing banner saying that warehouse clearance is still on???

I got my goods in the end (just in time I guess before the ceasing) but do not trust it anymore to continue with it for the superdeals of the warehouse!

How Do I Get My Money Back?

I ordered on 15/7 but returned my order 19/7 to Fitness Footwear to exchange for a smaller size. Just looked at their website and it says CEASED TRADING! Why did they take my order in the first place? My emails have come back to my inbox saying 'non-delivery'. So was their 'mega clearance' sale just a ploy to make money from the unsuspecting public? I can't afford to be £52 out of pocket.

In the same boat as you and as frustrating as it is they say what goes around comes around and this is certainly the case for Fitness Footwear. Although their customers are now out of pocket it's good to know they now wont contiune to rip people off. Speak to your bank or credit card company you will have more joy speaking with them.

Frustrated, Angry, Inefficient Company That Has Now Ceased Trading!

I live in Cyprus and ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on June 24 to be delivered to my sister in the UK. I received an email a few days later asking me to ring them, I rang, got an ansaphone, left a message and missed the call back from them. I then rang again and left another message and since then have heard nothing except for an email saying they would ring ASAP, this was about 3 weeks ago. I now see on their website that they have ceased trading. I don't mind not receiving the shoes but DO mind very much that they took the money out of my credit card account on the 26th June. What do I do now?

Could you please send me their phone number ordered goods on the 15th of June and still not delivered. They woun't respond to my e-mails and I have contacted my credit card company to re-coup the money
