Didn't have the item I ordered in stock but the order still went through lucky I contacted on Monday to get an update otherwise I wouldn't have got any shoes. Had to order a new pair in navy as the brown was sold out. Delivery was fast Shame the order went through without the shoe being in stock Contact using online chat was suppose to have a call from someone this never happened as the person went to lunch went back on the chat to be informed that the warehouse had no stock Would be nice to the website to be in sync with the warehouse stock

I found it difficult to find what I was looking for and to get back to pages I'd found previously. Having said that what I did eventually find was a very good price with free next day delivery - excellent!

Just purchased a pair of UGGs from the UK site for 99. pounds (125 euros). The EU site had exactly the same pair but for 204 euros. Why is the price so different? the rest of the continental Europe is richer or sillier than the UK? Beware of your purchases. Make a very thorough research

I have been looking forward to purchasing Julian Hakes Mojito shoe since October 2012. I love this shoe. It's a dream shoe. I was hoping Cloggs could make my dreams come true, but unfortunately, I was left wanting. I love the colour options shown as available on Cloggs; however, the lack of the shoe in my size and colour preference was severely disappointing. I would have bought more than 1 pair if you had the stock available. There should be an option allowing users to request a particular shoe in a size and colour that is not in stock, so the company can fulfill the demand for the product. The checkout process was good and I like that Cloggs allows customers to use Paypal. The price is competitive, which is good.

Ordered in the wrong size so discussed my options with customer service who recommended I send back the originals and then reorder a new pair in the correct size. I then received a message informing me that the order had been cancelled as there were none in stock. However the website has allowed me to reorder! Very upset as these are my daughter's main Christmas present and am now unsure whether I will receive them in time even though I ordered in plenty of time. The operator on the line was helpful but a cancellation after confirmation is very poor customer service. I am very upset

I ordered some'Crocs' they took my order, took my payment, then 2 days later e-mailed saying that they did not have the product. Still, the small discount gesture was appreciated and prompted me to order an alternative anyway (assuming they have it in stock)

I ordered FitFlops and delivery was reasonably quick but unfortunatley, they didn't fit me properly and were really uncomfortable and therefore had to be returned. The after sales service has been extremely poor......item was returned a couple of days after being received but it has taken almost 3 weeks to get refunded after sending 2 emails to ask what was happening. Extremely disappointing after sales care!!

I bought the ugg boots as a xmas present for my wife. Whilst the offer and quidco voucher scheme would give good discount it was the fact that they were saying delivery would be in a couple of days. once the payment had been accepted my order was classed as backordered which according to their website means was in stock at the point of picking but no longer available. I ended up chasing for confirmation which was initially just an email stating someone would be send an email through confirming the delivery date. Fortunately a couple of days late(r) the email came through and the goods were despatched. My only suggestion to Cloggs is improve the clarity of the website.

I ordered a pair of boots from www.cloggs.co.uk that were apparently in stock based on their website. However, after ordering it turned out that they weren't in stock and it took about six weeks for stock to arrive, which was rather disappointing.
