they have just informed us that they are hiking the charges up by another 3% its already 34% If you pay by direct debit, you can avoid it but their terms are every 4 weeks, not every month, so you will have at some point 2 direct debits in the same month or a £12 fine if you are late. who gets paid every 4 weeks these days? its a ploy to charge you an extra £12 when you default. Don't bother with customer services, they're a waste of good breathing air!

“charge the earth when you are late with the payment”

I have just received a letter from this dreadful conmpany stating I was late for a payment. This was an oversight because it has been Christmas and I have been so busy I forgot. No reminder...just a £12 charge and quite a few unpleasant comments. I will never buy from these people again. The quality of the clothing is very poor also.

“I need a zero-star setting to rate this company properly”

1) They open a credit account for you even though you don't ask them to. 2) They have awful stock control - you get knickers with no bra, bra with no knickers, they agree a replacement for that and then run out of one again. 3) They make it impossible to return stuff by never sending you the return packaging. Never ever use this company. Never recommend them to your friends.

“Account watch out rip off”

I have just had a letter from their colection dept demanding over £59. I have prchased NOTHING. THEY have not contacted me before and REFUSE to confirm our conversation in writing. They will forward statements i never received and suggested i contact the post office. I am oap and in bed disabked with no income other than guaranteed pension credit. I was unaware, nior was i ever made aware, of a note that was inside bra bag stipulating 2week return i was merely told ALL FREE.. They were aware of my difficulties and consequent delays in trying on bras. I never asked for, nor signed for an account of any sort let alone a credit account. I have however had many calls over last few days, answered but went dead. These numbers you can not call back. They caled again on my mobile immediately after above conversation regarding my no purcase debt, i got cut off tried to all back but it would not accept my call!

I am annoyed at the way the company constantly phones to try and sell their many services. It is harrasment and totally unacceptable. I will not be shopping with them again.

Overall rating less than 1!! I ordered something and had to pay massive interest because I missed the pay-by date! Having completed the transaction paid it all in full (interest included), one year later they are still trying to get money out of me saying I haven't paid even though I have sent them proof of completed payment. I don't understand how they are unable to locate where my payment has gone if I have a unique customer number, or where the fax is that I was asked to send them as proof. Their conduct is bordering on harassment!! Their system is either very badly organised or designed to keep getting money from people by keeping their accounts constantly in arrears!

I so agree with the reviews about Simply Yours. I was livid to get a letter from them today after I thought I had paid for an item in Sept! Apparently they had never taken my payment but opened an account and started charging interest instead. I paid the balance today (including 80p interest)just to get rid of them and told them to close the account. This is disgusting, all customers should be fully informed about an account being opened for them and should have a choice. Personally I never have store cards. What is the APR for instance. This had to be illegal as no details were supplied.

Question: what can we do and where do we report them to stop this dirty practice? I am keen to do it immediately. I cannot stand being treated as a mug.

Terrible that you are made to open a credit account with them even if you just want to buy something of £10 you have to have a £125 minimum limit opened. Ridiculous! Didn't see that advertised on the advert missed that part out it would seem! I ordered 4 items from here and was disgusted by the pricing. Though I was dragged in my the quality of what the items seemed. After receiving a gift I no longer needed 2 items from them anymore so went to cancel my order. The customer service was atrocious a automated email was sent and they never replied. I am disgusted with this service and would recommend never shopping or even considering visiting their website. Poorly made with glitches and problems everywhere I wouldn't be surprised if there were holes in the security systems and your details were leaked. Atrocious.

This company is ridiculous. They have some nice things to sell. But you ar pretty much forced to open a Credit account with them to order anything!
Their delivery times are just as absurd. Initially said they would deliver within a few days as i need to buy for gifts my g/f. They eventually turned up over 2 weeks later, with a crushed gift box.
Customer Services were of No Help either

The WORST customer service ever. imply Yours Customer service advisors do nothing to help. Ordered something on a next day delivery 4 days later there is no sign. Asked them to track it with the courier or give me a number to track but answer was that they dont have a number and they cant contact the courier instead wait 5-7 working days and if you still dont get your delivery we will send you a missing form then i must sign it and date it and then send it to them to investigate and only after that they might do something. How is it my fault that i ordered an paid for something and because they are to lazy to check with the courier i will have to wait weeks and by that time that products i wanted aren't even in stock. Customer service representatives hold no responsibility and too lazy to help. Would love to hear other people's views and experiences.
