Absolute Shambles!
Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy, this place is a shambles. Took my money of me in seconds but now we are over a week later and I have no parts. Tried contacting the company day after day straight through to hold no dial tone which itself is quite strange. Held for over 20 mins each time but no answer. Feel lost and not sure what else to do. All I can say is please go somewhere else and don’t go through the same experience as me.

Did Not Even Get My Item.
They took the money when they did not have the part in stock. Customer service communication is also lacking, calling back and forth instead of email because they don't want to refund, instead try convincing you to buy different part. Wasted 10 days of my time waiting for lowering springs that weren't even in stock. I will use another company and cannot recommend this one. Although the guy i spoke to was friendly even though i was pretty angry off.

I ordered a set of koni shock absorbers for my vw golf on the 24th of july and was quoted for the shocks to be 7-10 days and the shocks arrived with me in 5 days. i was extremely happy with this as meant i could get my car back on the road earlier than expected.
would recommend as i wasn't 100% sure on the part numbers i needed and the customer service team run my car through and found the correct part for my car as the original item i thought was correct was the wrong one.

Took My Money But Couldn't Deliver
I purchased a VMaxx suspension kit from Europerformance and was immediately sent the email below, which I responded to saying that they showed the goods as being in stock when I ordered, which therefore wasn't really correct, and that I needed them at worst in 7 days.
As per all the other reviews about Europerformance, I didn't get any reply to that, and I didn't get any response from all the other messages i left on their "customer service" web page (what customer service you may ask) or to any emails I subsequently sent them.
I eventually managed to get to speak to someone on the phone (which was the man who owns the place I subsequently realised) who said they would provide me with a tracking number. I told him that I needed the goods for the Thursday, which was the promised 7 day delivery.
He promised to call me back with the Tracking number.
Which of course he didn't
I rang him again the following morning (Wednesday) and he was evasive, so I called VMaxx in the UK who would only say that yes Europerformance were a dealer of theirs, and he would get someone to call me back.
I then got a phone call from Germany, the guy said that the goods hadn't been dispatched yet, but he would let me have a tracking number in the next 48 hours. I explained that I need the goods tomorrow but he didn't take any notice.
I then rang Europerformance again, and spoke to someone else and told them I needed to cancel the order.
I then rang them again and told him I was canceling the order as I had the vehicle booked in for the work the following day and could get the items from another supplier on a next day delivery. He said that was ok and he would refund my card.
Which of course the never has.
And I've never received the goods either.......
The comment by the reviewer below is correct they have an outstanding petition to be struck off.

Rubbish Customer Service
rubbish customer service which means rubbish company have emailed them regarding very expensive suspension coilovers they didn't even bother to reply but I'm actually glad that happened as I save myself from further troubles by not putting an order through their website and have choosen one of ebay seller instead. Don't even bother to check them not mention their prices aren't any lower than somewhere else.
Lying Ignorant (company) Disgusting Service
Ordered some parts for my car, more then £100 costs. It's been more then a month, I phone them a million times, send many massages, e-mails, basically everything you can do. NO answer from nobody, never spoke to someone from "them". I can also see that they are writing their own reviews in the review centar so they can keep their stars above average, which is COMPLETE LIE as their "service" (there is no such thing like service) is hard to discribe how bad they are. It's just one big FRAKING SCHEME. I just hope that they will be prsecuted one day, hopefully soon. Don't believe in their positive feedback... It's extremely easy to write yourself a review.
Is there anybody who manage to get their money back??? (HOW?) and is there anybody who actually received their order?? Please share !!

Gutted Fraudulant Company
Im in exactly the same boat as the last person who commented. Ive bought a set of coilovers for 750 quid from here ive had no response no info, and its impossible for contact phones go to answer phone emails not replied too, the list is endless iv currently got my banks fraud team investigating the company to try and seek refund and investigation explanation.
Turns out after abit of digging the company is on the verge of liquidisation wish i checked beforehand the owner is a c o n artist same story for the previous companies hes owned...

No Reply To Phone Calls, No Information On Delivery
I placed an order for some rear shocks, never heard anything about delivery, I have rung them loads of times, I just get Vodafone voice mail. I have now looked on Facebook and see other people are moaning about poor customer service and bad communication, wish I had read that first as I would have bought them somewhere else.
how long were you waiting for your order mate? did you get the shocks at all? im waiting now aswell for 3 weeks after paying them 120 quid aswell for springs

Never Buy From Euro Performance
I brought a pair of rear shock a month ago and two weeks went by and i never received my shocks so i contacted them and they said this product was out of stock! they never contacted me saying it was out of stock and i had to contact them, after this frustrating conversation he advise me they would send out an alternative make of rear shocks to me within 4 working days, it has now been over another two weeks and cannot contact euro performance as it keeps going to answer phone... i also have send a number of emails without response. I have now had to contact my bank to process a refund! i will also be contacting trading standards...
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
