I Had An Item From This Company Which Was Too Smal

I had an item from this company which was too small (and I a pretty sure fake) so returned it via recorded delivery, raised a ticket as per their guideline etc. 2 months down the line and still no funds returned. A standard email response when you contact them and they never answer the phone, just rings out and then hangs up. Do not buy anything from them, shocking they can get away with this.

Gone Into Administration

Was unable to purchase on the site so did a search online and found out that they went into administration sometime in the middle of January. It's a shame as I have been a customer of theirs for many years and always had good service and excellent advice and I can't agree that they are rip off merchants. Once a company goes into admin everything is taken out of their hands. Shame as people have lost their jobs and another independent trader goes down in the current economic climate.

Might be worth contacting the administrator if you have faulty goods or contact the manufacturer directly.

Are They Still In Business

I have recently returned a pair of trainers, that was the last I saw of them? No ackonwledgement from emails and phone line is dead, please please do not buy from this company. Does anyone know how we go about getting our money back?

I've returned a pair of trainers for them to be replaced with a pair a size bigger.

I've been waiting and waiting and I haven't heard anything from them.

They have my money and the trainers and I have nothing!

Their contact telephone number doesn't work and they do not reply to emails at all!

Try ringing them before you even think about ordering. Hopefully the thought of not being able to contact this company will put you off buying anything from these thieves.

Complete and utter rip off merchants. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Re my comment about ice boots,below, I have still not been able to contact this company and Trading Standards say that they are still in business according, to Companies House. I also rang CAB in Norwich and they suggested I wait a couple of weeks and then ring them back if I still couldn`t contact ProsportUK, which I intend to do.

Faulty Ice Boots.

Is this company still in business? I cannot contact them, as their Phone line is unobtainable and they do not answer E-mails. looks like they`ve done a runner!

Stay Away - Horribly Slow To Send Out Order. Zero Service

I ordered two pairs of ice skates for my kids. I paid 50% extra to ship the goods quickly. The company was ridiculously slow to send out the order. Avoid this website unless you have a lot of time to burn.

Very Slow To Dispatch

Appreciated the free delivery option and realised this would take 7-10 days to deliver, however it took them almost 2 weeks to dispatch with no warning the item was out of stock or otherwise.

Item arrived as described and price was competitive, but it just took too long with no communications to let me know about a delay and the reasons why.

I received my items in good time but they sent the wrong colour of one item ! They clearly just looked at packaging before actually checking the item for the correct colour.

Could do a lot better.

My son wanted a punch bag for his birthday. I was at a loss at which one to buy. Prosport had a wide range of bags etc and the prices looked good. But as I was still confused I asked for help. I got a quick reply with some sensible suggestions about how my son might wish to use the punch bag. We opted for the slam man. It arrived pretty quickly.

So with the helpful advice we got the right product at a decent price, all very much hassle free. Reminded me of when i was a kid and we would go to the sports shop and instead of it being a clothing store like nowadays, we got to talk with people who shared our passion for sports!

Disgraceful Customer Service

Nothing wrong with the products but it takes several days for them to even dispatch the items. Then you have to wait for the delivery which on average takes between 10- 14 days.

They totally ignore emails ( have sent three so far ) and check the spelling on their website ...... Not great!

Avoid like the plague, these guys are a joke.
