I have recently returned a pair of trainers, that was the last I saw of them? No ackonwledgement from emails and phone line is dead, please please do not buy from this company. Does anyone know how we go about getting our money back?

Appreciated the free delivery option and realised this would take 7-10 days to deliver, however it took them almost 2 weeks to dispatch with no warning the item was out of stock or otherwise. Item arrived as described and price was competitive, but it just took too long with no communications to let me know about a delay and the reasons why.

My son wanted a punch bag for his birthday. I was at a loss at which one to buy. Prosport had a wide range of bags etc and the prices looked good. But as I was still confused I asked for help. I got a quick reply with some sensible suggestions about how my son might wish to use the punch bag. We opted for the slam man. It arrived pretty quickly. So with the helpful advice we got the right product at a decent price, all very much hassle free. Reminded me of when i was a kid and we would go to the sports shop and instead of it being a clothing store like nowadays, we got to talk with people who shared our passion for sports!

Nothing wrong with the products but it takes several days for them to even dispatch the items. Then you have to wait for the delivery which on average takes between 10- 14 days. They totally ignore emails ( have sent three so far ) and check the spelling on their website ...... Not great! Avoid like the plague, these guys are a joke.

DO NOT USE PROSPORT, pick any other company out there. After saying 7-10 days for delivery i started emailing regularily when the time passed two weeks and i was nearing the start of the football season without the required kit (I rarely got replies) and eventually they gave me an order date four weeks from the order date. This date was a few days before my holiday, and needless to say it didnt turn up. The next date I was given was when I was away and I tried to change it by email (no reply) and by the site of the courier...it wouldnt give me a date more than 5 days later. So the parcel was delivered when I was away and luckily a neighbour came out and signed for it as I needed the kit for the following weekend. The gloves were fantastic but the goalie trousers didnt fit, so I reurned them...by first class royal mail with proof of postage (as recommended by the post office). Four weeks later and Prosport still wont refund me...because i didnt use recorded mail I couldnt provide a tracking number so low and behold they havent received it!!!! After what I've read and the service from start to finish, I dont think for one minute this is the case. Please look elsewhere for a more professional company and save yourself the time and money involved with using prosport.

I ordered 3 adidas shirts in June. Received 2 shirts 2 weeks later, no explanation about the 3rd shirt. I had to call them. They apologised and said it would be the following week, then the following week, then the following week.........we are at 30 Aug 2012 and still no shirt, no telephone call. I give up! what a gang of clowns. T Peeney

I ordered some boxing gym equipment from Pro Sport UK, it arrived some 10 days after the 'track order' date! I rang to complain, they told me how sorry they were and that they would ensure my next order would be sent out quickly. 4 days into this current order I decided to 'track order' again, today it tells me 'latest date of delivery 3rd September'!!!! I rang again to complain once more, they say sorry once more 'we are having problems with this supplier'!!! Why was I not told this I ask? I am not impressed with Pro Sport ( rather ironic their name!!!), I shall not be ordering with them again unless they can make me an 'offer I cannot refuse'! Rubbish! The Box Office, Sheffield.

I felt it only right to review this shop after what can only be described as a very unfortunate experience. Believe me don't make the mistake I made and don't order with pro sport uk.com. I recent;y purchased a pair of sports trainers from prosportuk, having been initially tempted by their low cost prices and several apparently ok reviews. Upon receiving them I was disappointed to find the size 10's I'd ordered were actually sized closer to a size 11. I quickly called to arrange a return and following their info I downloaded the printable returns label and also… incredibly….a form to fill out, for which I had to give full details on the trainers….odd considering their system is totally automated so a complete waste of my time. I've ordered with a range of online companies (including many online sports companies) and this was certainly the first I'd ever encountered that had requested this. Anyway upon entering the information, I printed out the form and label and took it to my local post office. Upon where I was shocked to find it would cost me over £5 to return them! I found this amazing considering so many other similar companies offer free returns. Even Play.com! Something the contact I'd spoken to at Pro Sport had kindly not informed me. I quickly called them back to complain and I was treated to 'well we don't offer that' and 'it's in our Terms and conditions' something which to be fair is ridiculous when it's in the small print at the back of the site, and definitely not the norm. There's many, many other sport clothing companies on the net, with (dare I say it) a hell of a lot better customer service. So again, don't make the mistake I made AND DO NOT USE PRO SPORT UK!

Good competitive prices that got my attention primarily (at least with regards to table tennis bats). The delivery I chose claimed to be completed between 7-10 days, but the bat actually turned up 3 days later so I was veyr impressed. The only issue is that the bat assembly is not great, OK but I'm sure other companies do better.

Just to warn people make sure you check your goods & outer box and report ANY damages or signs of use straight away after you receive the items as it will cause problem if you decide to return the item. I have returned something which has been clearly used before i received but i was in good faith with them so i thought it would not cause any problems. I have returned the item back to them for refund but they are going to deduct 20% off the price as they think i have used the item! I am not a person to argue on the phone as it is just not my personality but I have felt this a bit unfair. Especially that i have returned the item 4 weeks ago and not received the refund and not heard anything back, only found this out when I called today. Despite this issue the gentleman on the phone was helpful to trace my returns and was also polite.
