Good Pheadphones
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I bought a pair of Monster Beats HDs from you, based on your advice, and I absolutely totally love them!
Worst On-line Buying Experience Ever - Buyer Beware!
Purchased from this company at the end of November. After my goods did not arrive , I TRIED to contact customer services by phone. When I reached the top of the call list the phone just rang & rang, presumably those above me in the queue had given up rather than had their call answered?. They did however respond to email eventually that at first gave the impression of a business that was interested in me.
Despite having asked for a refund under DSR after the second failed promise my goods had been despatched, I was met with a wall of silence as this company refused/ignored to participate in the PAYPAL resolution process, ultimately resulting in me getting my monies back as a result by default.
All in all a disappointing buying experience, that had I googled this company in the first place would have saved me a month of hassle. There are negative reviews going back years about this company and their atrocious track record relating to Customer Service and issue resolution.
My advise based on my buying experience would be avoid this company at all costs and give your business to a company that cares about Customer Service but if you must use them I suggest the following:
1) Pay using PAYPAL, their resolution process is not the fastest but it is effective and your monies will be refunded even without iheadphones participation and following through their tiresome T&C's. Second best would be your credit card so you can leverage a chargeback if needed via your CC company.
2) Check Iheadphones authorised dealer status for the product(s) you are buying. This impacts not only your warranty/support status with the manufacture but could mean you are getting non UK (grey import) products. I have no problem using a non AD but this should be reflected in the selling price of the products to balance the risk with the warranty and specification.
3) Look at other sites for reviews about this company, seems odd on TP the vast majority of the reviews indicate this company can do no wrong..... either they are fictitiously posting reviews to cover up how bad they are OR they are good and need to sack their customer services team, as they are incompetent when it comes to issue resolution which is dragging their otherwise sound business down as its their POOR CUSTOMER SERVCE that people on here post negative reviews about.......

Fake / Non Uk Products
I had a nasty shock when I found out from the UK Distributor of the earphones I bought that iHeadphones are not an Authorised seller. This means I have no warranty. iHeadphones tried to convince me that this was not the case but there are numerous threads online which say otherwise, the brand I bought is not the only manufacturer to claim that iHeadphones is selling fake or non UK products.
You have been warned!

Ordered and still waiting over a week later, they took money immediately but didn't despatch till 3 days later and still waiting for delivery. Not much faith in customer services they just blame on royal mail. How come I ordered items from
other companies using royal mail and they arrived days ago?

Non-uk Or Fake Products!
Don't Buy From iHeadphones! Read on AVForums that they sell Fake headphones/Grey imports and then checked my earphones out with the UK Distributor and of course they are non-UK ones. I was told that they grey import loads of their headphones.

Ok, The Website Is Not Bad And They Are Decent Val
Ok, the website is not bad and they are decent value for money. I really just wanted to give it the worst rating possible due to their customer service. To keep it relatively short, the headphone failed due to audio technica using a jack which was not robust enough to last. I inquired about returning them and iheadphones washed their hands of responsibility and told me to return to the manufacturer. They then refused to repair them and I eventually got them back after 2 months and only after threatening legal action. Just read the reviews of anyone who has had to return a product. All similar experiences. Seriously, for the sake of your sanity do not even consider using this crowd. They even have the cheek to send you 'out of office' replies. Definitey the worst online company I have ever used.

I Bought My Daughter A Pair Of Aerial7 Chopper Bri
I bought my daughter a pair of Aerial7 Chopper Britt headphones for Christmas, which she loved. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as working with all ipods, she had a problem with tracks skipping and fast forwarding on her 5th gen ipod nano, which we replicated on two other 5th gen nanos (the phnes worked fine on other ipods & iphones)
I emailed Aerial7 and got no reply. So i went on the iheaqdphones web site, The customer service, despite some alarming reviews I'd read (with a sinking heart) was very good. A live real person chatted to me on their site, and told me to open a complaint form, which I did. I was then in correspondence - both by email and on their site - with their customer service team who were always quick to respond, polite and knowledgable.
In my case we agreed tooth wait for a reply from Aerial7 as to whether this was a known issue (which never arrived) and at length they processed a refund for me. Disappointing from Aerial7, but great service from iHeadphones.
