I received a fair price for things that I no longer wanted, there was a minor issue regarding my order but it was sorted out pretty quickly considering it was the Christmas period and lots of bank holidays etc. Would defo use again

Really like the fact the app works well. Bit of tweaking and it would be awesome. Offer decent and usually the best prices available. Quick turnaround and payment straight into my bank account. Happy to recommend to friends and family.

I used MM as a result of seeing the ads on the TV and wanted to sell a Playstation. I got a fair price and everything was easy and straight forward. My overall experience is good and I would use the site again. Can't say fairer than that really!

I like that I always receive fast payment as soon as they receive the goods, only downside being it takes 2-3 days for them to receive goods after leaving with the shop. Competetive prices on games, would definitely recommend them.

Good service, good communication, fast collection and fast delivery. The down side is that the prices offered and paid. If you don't have a volume of things it's really not worth. And even then 12p for a good CD is crazy but you know what you're getting

Service was pretty good, didn't have to speak to anyone. Used their drop off at post office service, received an email when it had arrived and then when the cheque had been posted. Received the cheque today for the full amount quoted. My experience was positive. The only downside is on the website where I do not appear to be able to cancel an 'order' so I keep getting reminders.

After browsing for the best price for my old phone, I was directed to the Music Magpie site. It was straightforward to process all the relevant information and the fact you could just send it off in any box made it easier and I managed to send my phone quickly. Regular communication from the site in terms of when the phone arrived, what stage they were at etc and the cheque arrived 2 days after the order was complete. More than happy to use them again for similar products.

I sent 2 phone for sale. 1 was paid with in 3 days & the other was delayed in post. but once this was brought to their attention I was paid with in 2 days straight into my bank account. I got what was quoted at time of postage.

Everything worked the way it should, didn't have big issues although the website did not recognise some of the bar codes of my products.

I have used Musicmagpie before and I would not hesitate to use them again. They are even better now that they have drop off points and couriers. So easy to use and very reliable. No issue with receipt of items or receipt of payment.

MusicMagpie review- I boxed my items and had them picked up from a safe place no problem I didn't receive much for my items but I was about to move and wanted to get rid of the items quickly so this service was exactly what I wanted at that time. Would not recommend for normal selling of items as that is probably better done on other websites but if you want rid of something quick and don't care how much you get for it this website is for you.

I arranged to have my package collected and the courier collected it on the date arranged, Friday 15th July. I was informed by Music Magpie by e-mail that the package had not arrived. I tried to track the package on the Hermes website but none of the numbers on my collection receipt could be tracked. I phoned the local Hermes collection agent who was less than helpful. I then e-mailed Music Magpie with the collection numbers and finally about a week later the package arrived on 1st August. Get a new courier service.
