Very misleading, only at the end of my creation mas I made aware of having to pay a fee for your "free service" you suck.

After making you download thinking that this is free they make you pay after you have already designed your idea

I can't email my slideshow Christmas card due to a connectivity issue. I contacted Smilebox via email . They suggested the same things their website suggested to try to remedy the problem. Nothing has worked. They now want to connect to my computer to fix the problem, but I will not do that. I can't reach anyone by phone either. THe 1 800 number does not work. I have used Smilebox for over 7 years and have never had a problem until this year while trying to make my Christmas card. If this company cared about their customers they would make themselves available by phone and not ask for my time zone so they can contact me to connect to my computer.

If this program worked the way it was advertised then great...but it sadly did not. It said it was saving my creations, it was not, went to their website and did everything it suggested and still would not work properly.

If you already have the a Microsoft program on your computer you can make better and more customization of documents with it. Horrible customizing features because they are just too basic. No Draw feature and when I try uploading a picture i can not adjust it how I want it to look. This does not help cut down time when creating documents everything has to be imported and uploaded from another source. very time consuming. TOO BASIC NOT WORTH PAYING FOR.

There are much better programs out there for free. Don't waste your time or your money. Also their refund policy is awful.

Six years a customer, but for a week now cannot send ANYTHING I've created. Comcast says Smilebox not updating their site. Smilebox won't take responsibility. Comcast has given me a long laundry list of steps Smilebox must take. Seriously? I need to tell Smilebox what to fix? Have had trouble on and off for over a year. About to give up and try a different App. Smilebox ability to send is totally nonfunctional.

whenever i tried this, i got the message "connectivity issue". My internet is perfect and i tried all the solutions they put in their webpage. but nothing happened. friends please don't waste your time on this . its not smile box. its an angry box to us

Create beautiful creations, and then have the hardest time ever trying to print them off. They give you alot free up front, but once you pay you realize how difficult the process can be. For 100 newsletters, with the settings they recommend, walmart was going to charge $400. I went in and talked to them myself going around the SMilebox process and payed $45. Its not the easy process they make it out to be.

Zero support, limited features, ugly designs. This really is the worst software I've used in a very long time. PLease do yourself a favor and buy anything else. Absolutely any other piece of software. Make sure to pick one with actual support when people would be using it- ya know, like over the weekend.

If I could give it half a star or less I would. First, when I signed up I thought I was getting a $3.99 a month service then I get charge $48 for a year's worth of something I don't want. Wanted to use this to make a slideshow but had almost no control over the options besides adding pictures. Their FAQ shows steps to make the slideshow go faster but in the actual features of making a slideshow there is no option to do this. You are limited to 3 or 5 songs. When I tried to change to 5 songs I had to scrap my old project and start all over. You are at their mercy with the slideshow. Sharing the slideshow is also a pain. You have to mail a link to the slideshow and they cannot even download it. Why make a slideshow to share and then you can't really share it. When I was able to download it for myself the quality was sub-par at best. I would much rather purchase Powerpoint than use smilebox ever again.

I am not able to get the tool to work for me at all. When I select a Template by clicking "Personalize," a box appears that says "Downloading template...." which remains at 0%.

I subscribe for an annual membership, and immediately after I asked to swap for a monthly membership. Of course, Smilebox charged me twice, promising a refund of the yearly membership that never arrived. I judge a programme not only for the things it can do, but for the overall organization. Who is running the business needs to understand that customers represent the biggest asset they have. Considering my experience, customer service has turned to be extremely poor and not flexible. Think twice, before committing money for this organization.

dowload took 1 week and still hasn't downloaded.

I didn't really enjoy any of Smilebox's templates. I am very particular about invites and announcements and with this you do not have very much control. I had signed up for the free trial just to see if it would make anything better; it didn't. I decided not to use this company for any of my invitations, but I forgot to unsubscribe from the service before the week was up because it was a very busy week between finals and work for me. Anyway, I checked my bank account because it just seemed a little bit off to me and sure enough I had been charged $47.88 (an entire year's subscription). Needless to say I am quite upset even though it is just $48, that's still a lot to be charged without knowing. I just unsubscribed from the service and will definitely not be using it ever again and I have notified my friends that I knew were trying it too and they have also cancelled or are planning on doing so ASAP.

I bought Smilebox several years ago to keep my recipes and went to use it after I downloaded into my new computer and this program has done away with the recipe part of the program. All my work has been for not.

I've been trying to add a song for my video for 3 days now it gets to 99% and never finish downloading

1st Time User; Created an Evite with all of my event info; got ready to go to next step for inputting attendee email addresses, but was bumped off website so lost everything. Not cool but I'll give Evite another try!

I didn't install this on my machine. Just noticed it running today for the first time.
